|a يتناول هذا البحث سيره وزراء الصحة في العراق (1952-1958) وإنجازاتهم التي قدموها في الجانب الصحي، أي من استحداث وزارة الصحة للمرة الثانية بموجب القانون رقم (٢٨) لعام ١٩٥٢ وحتى نهاية العهد الملكي. اسند منصب وزير الصحة بعد استحداثها إلى بعض الشخصيات البارزة في العهد الملكي، وستطاع البعض منهم أن يؤدوا دورهم بكفاءة وإخلاص، وتعاقب على هذا المنصب في مدة البحث (١٤) وزيرا هم: عبد الرحمن جودت مرة واحدة، عبد المجيد القصاب مرتين، محمد حسن سلمان ثلاث مرات، عبد الأمير علاوي خمس مرات، عبد الهادي الجلبي مرة واحدة، صبيح الوهبي مرة واحدة، محمود بابان مرة واحدة، وتناول البحث النشاطات العملية لوزراء الصحة وإنجازاتهم في مجال الصحة في العراق. وبين في البحث أسباب تأخر إنجازات وزارة الصحة خلال مدة البحث التي تعود إلى آمرين الأول هو اختيار الشخص غير مناسب لوزارة الصحة، وتغيير الوزارات وقصر مدتها بسبب الأوضاع السياسية.
|b This research deals with the biography of the health ministers in Iraq (1952-1958) and their achievements in the health aspect, that is, from the creation of the Ministry of Health for the second time under Law No. (28) of 1952 until the end of the royal era. The position of Minister of Health, after its creation, was assigned to some prominent personalities in the royal era, and some of them were able to perform their role efficiently and sincerely, and they were punished for this position during the search period (14) ministers, they are: Abdul Rahman Jawdat once, Abdul Majeed Al-Qassab twice, Muhammad Hassan Salman Three times, Abd al-Amir Allawi, five times, Abd al- Hadi al-Jalabi once, Sabih al-Wahbi once, and Mahmoud Baban once, and the discussion dealt with the practical activities of health ministers and their achievements in the field of health in Iraq In the research, he explained the reasons for the delay in the achievements of the Ministry of Health during the research period, which belongs to two matters. The first is the choice of the person who is not suitable for the Ministry of Health, and the change of ministries and their short duration due to the political situation.
