المستخلص: The purpose of this article is to present the reality of the application of the new ISO management system standards by the National Well Services Company. The "case study" method was used to highlight the application of the new requirements of the standards by this company and to take stock of the results obtained. The results of the study concluded on the one hand, that with the transition from the ENSP to the new management system standards, this company successfully managed to apply the majority of the requirements of the standards except for the cycle analysis. life since it is in the field of the provision of services; on the other hand, the implementation of these standards has enabled the company to improve the performance of its system overall, however the unreached objectives are due to the corona virus pandemic which has affected a large number of companies of the oil services sector.

Cet article a pour objet de présenter la réalité de l'application des nouvelles normes de systèmes de management ISO par l'Entreprise Nationale des Services aux Puits. La méthode de "l'étude de cas" a été utilisée pour mettre en lumière l'application des nouvelles exigences des normes par cette entreprise et faire un bilan sur les résultats obtenus. Les résultats de l'étude ont conclus d'une part, qu'avec la transition de l'ENSP aux nouvelles normes de systèmes de management cette entreprise a réussi avec succès à appliquer la majorité des exigences des normes sauf l'analyse du cycle de vie puisque elle est dans le domaine des prestations de services; d'autre part, la mise en place de ces normes a permis globalement à l'entreprise d'améliorer la performance de son système, cependant les objectifs non atteints ont pour cause la pandémie du corona virus qui a affecté un grand nombre d'entreprises du secteur des services parapétroliers.
