المستخلص: من القضايا المهمة التي يعنى بها علماء رسم المصحف اتباع الرسم العثماني، وذلك في كتابتهم للمصاحف، وهذا الموضوع حيوي، يحتاج إليه في كل زمان وكان، إذ لا يخلو زمان من الحاجة إلى كتابة المصحف، وتزداد هذه الحاجة إلحاحا مع تعدد الأحرف التي نزل بها القرآن الكريم، ومع تعدد المصاحف التي أمر بكتابتها الصحابي الجليل عثمان ابن عفان رضى الله عنه. وفي زماننا هذا سبب آخر لهذا الحاجة، ألا وهو تعدد الدول الإسلامية، والتي يتبعها تعدد الجهات المشرفة على تعليم القرآن الكريم وكتابته. ومع هذه الحاجة تتردد الأسئلة المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع، والتي يتقدمها: هل للعلماء الاجتهاد في رسم المصحف، وما هو الاجتهاد في رسمه، وما هي حدوده وشروطه، ومن هم أئمته الذين عرفوا به، وما هي أمثلته وأين هي مظان وجوده. ولذا كتبت هذا البحث الذي يهدف إلى تجلية هذا المصطلح، ويبين شروطه، وأعلامه. وأسأل الله أن يكون نافعا مفيدا، مضيفا إلى المعرفة وإلى المشتغلين بعلم رسم المصاحف.

One of the important issues that scholars of drawing the Qur’an are concerned with is to follow the Ottoman drawing, in their writing of the Qur’an, and this topic is vital, and it is needed in every time and place, as there is no time without the need to write the Qur’an, and this need becomes more urgent with the multiplicity of letters in which the Qur’an was revealed. The Holy Qur’an, and with the multiplicity of the Qur’anic books that were ordered to be written by the great companion Othman Ibn Affan may Allah be pleased with him. In our time, there is another reason for this need, which is the multiplicity of Islamic countries, followed by the multiplicity of bodies supervising the teaching and writing of the Holy Qur’an. With this need, questions related to this topic, which it presents, are frequent: Do scholars have discretion in drawing the Qur’an, what is the diligence in drawing it, what are its limits and conditions, and who are its imams who were known for it, what are its examples and where are the indications of its existence. Therefore, I wrote this research, which aims to clarify this term, and to show its conditions and flags. And I ask God to be useful and beneficial, adding to knowledge and to those who work in the science of drawing the Qur’an.
