|a جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف تسليط الضوء على موضوع في غاية الأهمية وهو "ثقافة إدارة الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العالي بالجزائر" ومساهمتها في التنظيم-الإداري بإحداث التغيير في هذا القطاع وترسيخ ثقافة إدارة الجودة الشاملة وهو ما يعمل على النهوض بالجامعة الجزائرية وجعلها مواكبة لمتطلبات المحيط كأبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذا الطرح. حيث قمنا بالتعرف على إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وثقافتها، كما تناولنا: ثقافة الجودة الشاملة وقيمها، الجودة الشاملة بين المقاومة والتغيير، المساهمة في نشرها، رهانات تطبيقها، بالإضافة إلى نماذج.
|b This study aimed to shed light on a topic of utmost importance: “The Culture of Total Quality Management in Higher Education in Algeria”. This new philosophy can contribute to administrative organization by making a difference in this sector and establishing a total quality culture. This promotes the Algerian University and makes it meet the requirements of the environment such as the most prominent results concluded in this proposition. To identify this topic, we have learned about total quality managementandits culture, as we addressed: the culture of total quality and its values, the total quality between resistance and change, contribution to the spread it, Bets applied, and models.
