المستخلص: In Algeria, the development gaps between municipalities highlight significant territorial breaks at the national and local level. The analysis of the disparities of territorial development of the wilaya of Oran constitutes the object of this research. It is a diagnosis of the territorial social and economic inequalities of the communes of the wilaya supported after by an analysis in main component ACP. Our approach consists in building a socio-economic typology of the communes of the wilaya of Oran released from the descriptive and statistical analysis in order to understand the distribution of the socioeconomic data, and thus to detect the evolution of the territorial configuration of the communes of the wilaya.

En Algérie, les écarts de développement entre les communes, soulignent d’importantes ruptures territoriales au niveau national et local. L’analyse des disparités de développement territoriale de la wilaya d’Oran constitue l’objet de cette recherche. Il s’agit d’un diagnostic des inégalités territoriale sociale et économique des communes de la wilaya appui après par une analyse en composante principale ACP. Notre démarche consiste à construire une typologie socio-économique des communes de la wilaya d’Oran dégagée de l’analyse descriptive et statistique afin de comprendre la répartition des données socioéconomiques, et de détecter ainsi l’évolution de la configuration territoriale des communes de la wilaya.
