المستخلص: تنصب الدراسة التعريف بدور جائحة كورونا (كوفيد19) وفق نظرية الظروف الطارئة في إبراز مشكلات الحوكمة التي تواجه قطاع ريادة الأعمال، والتبصير على الفرص والتحديات الماثلة أمام ريادة الأعمال الرقمية وغيرها إقليميا وعالميا وفي الوطن العربي تحديدا. انتهجت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي؛ حيث تم استخدام طريقة التحليل وفرص وتحديات ريادة الأعمال الرقمية وغيرها. كما تم تحليل نتائج الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت موضوع ريادة الأعمال الرقمية وغيرها، والتي انتهجت في المقالات والبحوث التي نشرت ونظمت ومكنت المشاريع القائمة وتبنت مشاريع جديدة مبتكرة دور ريادة الأعمال الرقمية وغيرها؛. والبحوث المتعلقة بفرص تنظيم المشاريع التي ابتكرت بفضل التكنولوجيا الرقمية وخلق منتجات أبصرت النور عبر الصناعة الرقمية متمثلة في ريادة الأعمال الرقمية كوسيط، وتنصب نتائج الدراسات السابقة في أن جائحة كورونا (كوفيد19) قد نبهت صناع ومؤسسات ريادة الأعمال نحو رقمنه أعمالها التجارية القائمة فضلا عن تنوع عدد صناعة ريادة أعمال جديدة ومبتكرة. كما أوضحت النتائج وجود العديد من الفرص لنمو قطاع ريادة الأعمال الرقمية خلال فترة انتشار فيروس كورونا نظرا لدور الرقمنة في تمكين مشروعات الأعمال بالإضافة إلى توازن سوق الاقتصاد بالنمو بالتنوع. أوصت هذه الدراسة الدخول في تحديات معوفات مشروعات ريادة الأعمال الرقمية وغيرها من خلال وضع حوكمة لسياسات دعم التحول الرقمي لصناعة الأعمال، وتطوير الموجهات الخاصة بالصناعة الرقمية والابتكار القائم بدائل التكنولوجيا، والاتجاه لبناء حلول بطرق استخدام بيئة الرقمنة والاتصالات.

The study focuses on defining the role of the Corona pandemic (Covid 19) according to the theory of emergency conditions in highlighting the governance problems facing the entrepreneurship sector, and insight into the opportunities and challenges facing digital entrepreneurship and others regionally and globally and in the Arab world in particular. The study adopted the analytical method. Where the method of analysis and opportunities and challenges of digital entrepreneurship and others were used The results of previous studies dealing with the topic of digital entrepreneurship and others were also analyzed, which were followed in articles and research that were published, organized and enabled existing projects and adopted new innovative projects (the role of digital entrepreneurship, etc.);.and research on entrepreneurial opportunities created thanks to digital technology and product creation I saw the light through the digital industry represented in (Digital Entrepreneurship as a mediator of recommendations and outputs). The results of previous studies are that the Corona pandemic (Covid 19) has alerted entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship makers and institutions towards the digitization of their existing businesses, as well as the diversification of the number of new and innovative entrepreneurship industries.
