المستخلص: هدفت الدارسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين السلوك الذي يمكن أن ينشأ بين المدرب ولاعبيه، وأثره في تماسك الفريق الرياضي للاعبي كرة الطائرة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من اللاعبين صنف أكابر ينشطون ضمن أندية ولاية جيجل لكرة الطائرة قدر عددهم ب (40) لاعبا، حيث أخذنا من كل ناد (08) لاعبين عشوائيا. واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لتماشيه مع هدف الدراسة، ومن أدوات جمع البيانات المستخدمة مقياس، السلوك القيادي للمدرب في الأنشطة الجماعية، ومقياس تماسك الفريق الرياضي، وخلصت النتائج إلى: وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة تحفيز المدرب ومستوى تماسك فريق لاعبي كرة الطائرة، وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التدريب بالإرشاد ودرجة تماسك فريق لاعبي كرة الطائرة، وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التقدير الاجتماعي ودرجة تماسك فريق لاعبي كرة الطائرة.

The study aims to know the relationship between the behavior that can arise between the coach and his players and its impact on the cohesion of the sports team of volleyball players, and a random sample of players was chosen, the largest class active in the state of Jijel volleyball clubs, the number of them is (40) players, where we took from each Club (08) players randomly. The researcher used the descriptive approach to match it with the aim of the study. One of the data collection tools used is the measure of leadership behavior of the coach in group activities and the measure of cohesion of the sports team. The results concluded: There is a statistically significant relationship between the coach's motivation level and the level of cohesion of the volleyball team. There is a statistically significant relationship between coaching training and the degree of cohesion of the volleyball team. There is a statistically significant relationship between social estimation and the degree of cohesion of the volleyball team.

L'étude visait à connaître la relation entre le comportement qui peut survenir entre l'entraîneur et ses joueurs et son impact sur la cohésion de l'équipe sportive de joueurs de volley-ball, et un échantillon aléatoire de joueurs a été choisi, la plus grande classe active dans l'État des clubs de volley-ball de Jijel, le nombre d'entre eux est (40) joueurs, où nous avons pris de chacun Joueurs du club (08) au hasard. Le chercheur a utilisé l'approche descriptive pour l'adapter au but de l'étude. L'un des outils de collecte de données utilisé est la mesure du comportement de leadership de l'entraîneur dans les activités de groupe et la mesure de la cohésion de l'équipe sportive. Les résultats ont conclu: Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre le niveau de motivation de l'entraîneur et le niveau de cohésion de l'équipe de volleyball, Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre la formation des entraîneurs et le degré de cohésion de l'équipe de volley-ball. Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre l'estimation sociale et le degré de cohésion de l'équipe de volleyball
