المستخلص: ناقش هذا البحث موضوع مقاييس القراءة الصحيحة للقرآن الكريم بين القراء وعلماء اللغة، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيس التالي ما مقاييس القراءة الصحيحة للقرآن الكريم بين القراء وعلماء اللغة وكان هدف البحث الكشف عن مقاييس القراءة الصحيحة للقرآن الكريم وأدلتها والآثار المترتبة عليها عند القراء وعلماء اللغة، وقام هيكل البحث على مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة تضمنت المقدمة أهمية البحث ومشكلته وأهدافه وهيكله وتناول المبحث الأول مفهوم القراءة الصحيحة للقرآن الكريم وحكمها وتم إفراد المبحث الثاني لدراسة مقاييس القراءة الصحيحة بين القراء وعلماء اللغة ومن أهم نتائج البحث إن الأخذ بقواعد التجويد واجب شرعي في قراءة القرآن الكريم يثاب القارئ بفعلها ويأثم بتركها، والمقصود بالرسم رسم أحد المصاحف العثمانية، وهذا شرط لقبول القراءة، فإذا ما خرجت عنه فهي شاذة، وخط المصاحف توقيفي، ولا تجوز مخالفته، ويترجح هذا الرأي بإجماع الصحابة ومن بعدهم على كتابة المصاحف على هذه الهيئة المعلومة، وعلى رفض ما سواها، ومن توصيات البحث ضرورة إجراء دراسة تتعلق بالقراءات الشاذة وعلاقتها بأحكام القراءة الصحيحة وضرورة تعليم أصول القراءة الصحيحة للناشئة وتعويدهم عليها حتى يحفظوا كتاب الله تعالى بسهولة ويسر.

This paper discusses the topic of ‘Correct Reading Standards of the Noble Qur'an as for Readers and Linguists’. It focuses mainly on answering the question, "What are the correct standards of reading the Noble Qur'an among readers and linguists"? And it aims at figuring out the correct reading standards of the Noble Qur’an, their evidence, and their effects according to both readers and linguists. It consists of an introduction, two parts, and a conclusion. The introduction includes the importance of the study, its problems, objectives, and methodology. The first part tackles the concept of the correct reading of the Noble Qur'an and this reading's religious rule. The second part discusses the concept of correct reading standards of the Noble Qur'an as for the readers and the linguists. Some of the most important results of the paper are that adopting the phonetic rules of Qur'anic recitation is a religious duty when reciting the Noble Qur’an; the reader will be rewarded for applying them and sinning if ignoring them. The Quranic script should be one of the Ottoman Quranic scripts that is a must condition for the accepted reading; as departing from it, makes the reading anomalous. The Quranic script is restricted, and it is forbidden to change it. This opinion is favored by the consensus of the prophet's companions and those who came after them; they all agreed to write the Qur’an on this known Ottman body, rejecting any changes in the script. The paper recommends conducting a study related to abnormal recitations and their relationship to the provisions of the correct reading standards. It highly recommends teaching the correct reading standards to the coming generations, making them accustomed to it so that they can easily memorize the book of the Almighty Allah.
