المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية لتحليل أهمية ودور المرافقة المقاولاتية في مسيرة المقاول ومشروعه انطلاقا من الفكرة إلى الإنشاء إلى التطوير من ثمة استمرارية المقاولة، ولعل المبرر الذي يدفع لتناول قضية المرافقة المقاولاتية في الجزائر هو تلك الصعوبات التي تعترض مسيرة المقاول، وبالنظر إلى مختلف برامج المقاولاتية المنتهجة لما لها من أهمية في منظومة الاقتصاد الوطني، اصبح من الضروري تحسين برامج المرافقة وتكييفها وفق جملة المتغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الراهنة، خاصة في وجود مشاريع مقاولاتية لم تتمكن من تحقيق استمراريتها، وفي بعض الحالات لازالت عبارة عن أفكار لم تتجسد بعد، هذا نتيجة لعدة صعوبات. من هذا المنطلق فإن فعالية المرافقة المقاولاتية في الجزائر مرهون بمدى تحسين برامجها المتعلقة بالتمويل التدريب والتحفيز من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى تذليل العراقيل الإدارية على مستوى تفعيل المشاركة الميدانية في التأسيس وإحداث علاقة بين المقاولة والمحيط الاجتماعي والاقتصادي من خلال آليات علمية أكثر مرونة وعقلانية، تعمل في ظلها للمساهمة في إعادة بعث واستمرارية فكرة المقاولة في الجزائر.

The following scientific paper aims to analyze the importance and role of entrepreneurial accompaniment in the entrepreneur’s career, and the entrepreneurial project from the idea creation to its development and sustainability. The reason behind addressing this issue comes from the difficulties encountered by the entrepreneur, holding him from maintaining and developing his enterprise. Moreover, looking into the various entrepreneurial programs established in Algeria, and the importance given to the entrepreneurship in the economic system of the country, it is crucial that the accompaniment programs should be improved, and be adapted to the various current economic and social variables. Especially since there are entrepreneurial projects that have not been able to endure those variables, or even still in their embryonic phase and have not been realized yet. From this standpoint, the effectiveness of entrepreneurial accompaniment in Algeria depends on the extent to which it improves its programs, notably those related to financing and funding, motivation, training, and overcoming administrative obstacles. Furthermore, these programs should allow the enterprise to be active in the field, particularly when it comes to setting up or creating relationship between the enterprise itself and its’ social and economic environment; through scientific, more flexible, and rational mechanisms that can help contributing to the revival and sustainability of entrepreneurship in Algeria.
