المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء مقياس الحصائل المعرفية لمشرفي كرة القدم بالمدارس الإعدادية والثانوية الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية، كما استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي القائم على الدراسات المسحية وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، اشتمل مجتمع البحث على خبراء في مجال المناهج وتدريس التربية الرياضية، وخبراء في مجال كرة القدم، ومشرفي تخصص كرة القدم بالمدارس الإعدادية والثانوية الرياضية في جمهورية مصر العربية، وقد اشتملت عينة البحث على عدد (١٠) خبراء في مجال المناهج وتدريس التربية الرياضية من أساتذة كليات التربية الرياضية، وعدد (١٠) خبراء في مجال كرة القدم من أساتذة كليات التربية الرياضية، وعدد (٢٠) معلما ومدربا من مشرفي تخصص كرة القدم بالمدارس الإعدادية والثانوية الرياضية بمحافظات جمهورية مصر العربية (محافظة المنيا- محافظة أسيوط- محافظة قنا)، كما أسفرت النتائج التوصل إلى تصميم مقياس الحصائل المعرفية لمشرفي تخصص كرة القدم بالمدارس الإعدادية والثانوية الرياضية في جمهورية مصر العربية يتسم بالصدق والثبات يحتوي على (١٠ محاور)، و(٨٠ عبارة ومفردة)، صلاحية مقياس الحصائل المعرفية لمشرفي تخصص كرة القدم بالمدارس الإعدادية والثانوية الرياضية في جمهورية مصر العربية للاستخدام وقياس الحصائل المعرفية للمعلمين في رياضة كرة القدم، ويوصي الباحث الاهتمام من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم باستخدام مقياس الحصائل المعرفية لمشرفي تخصص كرة القدم بالمدارس الرياضية في جمهورية مصر العربية حتى يتسنى لمعلمي التربية الرياضية معرفة مستوى التحصيل المعرفي لديهم في رياضة كرة القدم.

The current research aims to build a measure of knowledge outcomes for football supervisors in preparatory and secondary schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the researcher used the descriptive approach based on survey studies for its relevance to the nature of the research. The research community included experts in the field of curricula and teaching physical education, and experts in the field of football And supervisors of football specialization in preparatory and secondary schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the research sample included (10) experts in the field of curricula and teaching physical education from the professors of the Faculties of Physical Education, and the number (10) experts in the field of football from the professors of the Faculties of Physical Education, And (20) teachers and coaches who are supervisors of football specialization in preparatory and secondary schools in the governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt (Minya Governorate- Assiut Governorate- Qena Governorate), and the results also resulted in the design of a measure of knowledge outcomes for supervisors of football specialization in preparatory and secondary schools in the Republic of Egypt. Arabic is characterized by honesty and stability, it contains (10 axes) and (80 phrases and singular), the validity of the measure of knowledge outcomes for supervisors of football specialization in preparatory and secondary schools sports in the Arab Republic of Egypt for use and measurement of the knowledge outcomes of teachers in the sport of football, The researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education use the measure of knowledge outcomes for supervisors of the football specialization in sports schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt so that physical education teachers know their level of cognitive achievement in football.
