|a يرمي الباحث في بحثه هذا إلى بيان الصلة بين القواعد الأصولية وعلم أصول الفقه، من خلال تعريفهما، وموضوعهما، وما يرميان إليه، فضلا عن النتيجة الأصولية، وأولوية الاهتمام بكلاهما، وقد توصلت في هذه الدراسة إلى أن أصول الفقه أعم مطلقا من القواعد الأصولية بحسب مفهومها أخص مطلقا، وأن الصلة بينهما من حيث الموضوع هو العموم والخصوص من وجه، أما الصلة بينهما الترادف أو المساواة من حيث الهدف، فضلا عن بيان الفروق في آلية الكتابة في البحوث العلمية بينهما.
|b In this research, the researcher aims to clarify the link between fundamentalist rules and the science of jurisprudence, through their definition, their subject, and what they aim at as well as the fundamental result, and the priority of attention to both. Absolutely, and that the relationship between them in terms of the subject is general and particular in one way, as for the link between them is tandem or equality in terms of purpose, as well as a statement of the differences in the mechanism of writing in scientific research between them.
