|a يمر العالم بتغيرات وتحولات شديدة الانحدار في مجالات وميادين شتى، كذلك مجتمعاتنا. هذا من ناحية ومن ناحية أخرى فجميع المجتمعات تنشد السلم الأهلي وتعمل على إيجاد الفرص الملائمة كي ينعم أفرادها بالسلام الداخلي. لذا؛ فبين هذا وذاك تجلت ظواهر مجتمعية تستدعي البحث والتنقيب والتمحيص لبيان دلالاتها وأبعادها، وإظهار علاقاتها بظواهر مجتمعية ونفسية. ولها صلات بمفاهيم أخرى مشابهة تتطلب دراستها رفعا للبس وتحديدا لحدودها المعرفية وبيان بنيتها التحتية. منها كثرة النزاعات المجتمعية وتنوعها، وتأثيرها على السلام بشكل عام والسلام المجتمعي ومن ثم السلام الداخلي لأفراد تلك المجتمعات. لذلك وكشعور بالمسؤولية المجتمعية تطلب منا الإمساك بخيط السلم الأهلي الذي بات من المفردات الشائعة نظرا لكثرة انتشار النزاعات وإفرازاتها التي حولت حياة المجتمعات إلى جحيم لا يطاق والبحث عن العلاقة بينه وبين التغيير الاجتماعي الحاصل في المجتمعات من خلال السلام الداخلي كمتغير مستقل واحد بافتراض ثبات جميع مؤثرات وعوامل التغيير الأخرى. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تهديد السلم الأهلي وتعرضه للخطر يؤدي إلى سلوك إيجابي لدى بعض أفراد المجتمع يعزى إليه في كثير من الحالات تغير اجتماعي كمحاولة لإبعاد ذلك التهديد أو الخطر على السلم الأهلي وبالتالي عن مجتمعهم فيعزو إلى ذلك حصول التغيير الاجتماعي عندما يتعرض السلم الأهلي للخطر أو التهديد. أي أن هناك علاقة طردية قوية بين السلم الأهلي والسلام الداخلي، فكلما كان السلم الأهلي مستتبا زاد من نسبة استتباب السلام الداخلي لأفراد المجتمع، فزاد أيضا استقرارهم مما يقل فرص التغيير الاجتماعي وتتباطئ، بشرط عدم وجود مؤثرات أو محركات مجتمعية أخرى تثير عملية التغيير الاجتماعي.
|b The world is going through steep changes and transformations in various fields, as well as our societies. This is on the one hand, and on the other hand, all societies seek civil peace and work to find appropriate opportunities for their members to enjoy inner peace. So; Between this and that, societal phenomena have emerged that require research, exploration and scrutiny to clarify their implications and dimensions, and to show their relationships with societal and psychological phenomena. It has links with other similar concepts that require this study to remove confusion and define its cognitive limits and clarify its infrastructure. Including many and diversity of societal conflicts, and their impact on peace in general, societal peace, and then the internal peace of the members of those societies. Therefore, as a sense of social responsibility, it asks us to grasp the thread of civil peace, which has become a common vocabulary due to the large spread of conflicts and their consequences that have turned the lives of societies into an unbearable hell, and to search for the relationship between it and the social change taking place in societies through internal peace as one independent variable, assuming the stability of all influences and factors other change. The study concluded that threatening civil peace and exposing it to danger leads to positive behavior among some members of society, which in many cases is attributed to a social change as an attempt to remove that threat or danger to civil peace and thus from their society. Thus the result to this is the occurrence of social change when civil peace is exposed to danger or the threat. That is, there is a strong direct relationship between civil peace and internal peace. The more stable the civil peace, and the internal peace of the members of society increases, so their stability increases, which reduces and slows down the chances of social change, provided that there are no other societal influences or drivers that provoke the process of social change.
