|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع خطة مقترحة تحدد وتوضح متطلبات التخطيط لإنشاء كلية لإعداد معلم الكبار في مصر؛ ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم المنهج الوصفي كأحد المناهج البحثية، للتعرف على الأسس الفلسفية والفكرية لتعليم الكبار من حيث المفهوم والأهداف وكذلك الفلسفة والمبادئ والمجالات المختلفة، فضلاً عن واقع معلم الكبار وكفايته والجدارات المطلوبة وكذلك مبررات الاهتمام بالإعداد المتخصص لمعلم الكبار. كما اعتمد البحث على أسلوب دلفاي كأحد أساليب التخطيط والدراسات المستقبلية وذلك لاستطلاع آراء الخبراء حول متطلبات التخطيط لإنشاء كلية لإعداد معلم الكبار، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وضع خطة لإنشاء الكلية تحددت ملامحها في عدة محاور منها على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر (الرؤية-الرسالة-الأهداف-القيم-سياسة القبول ومدة الدراسة-الأقسام-المقررات الدراسية-طرق التدريس-آليات تقييم أداء الطالب-مصادر التمويل). واعتبار ذلك كخطوة استرشاديه تساعد المسئولين وواضعي السياسات ومتخذي القرار في مصر على توفير مؤسسة جامعية متخصصة لإعداد معلم الكبار بشكل يتماشى مع متطلبات العصر الحالي ومستجدات المستقبل وتراعى خصائص الدارسين الكبار.
|b The present research aims to suggest a plan that determine and indicate the planning requirements to establish a faculty for preparing adults teacher in Egypt. To achieve this, the descriptive method was used to determine the philosophical and intellectual foundations for adult learning concerning its concept, aims, philosophy, principles and the different fields, In addition to, determining the reality of adult teacher, his required competences and efficiencies and the reasons for this interest in the specialized preparation of adult teacher. The research also depends on Delphi's style as one of the planning styles and future studies used for surveying the experts' viewpoints around the planning requirements to establish a faculty for preparing adults teacher in Egypt. The present study put a plan to establish this faculty. The axes of this plan were determined for example as the (vision, message, aims, values, admission policy, study duration, departments, academic courses, methods of teaching, mechanisms for evaluating students' performance and funding resources.) This was considered a consultant step to help administrators, policy makers and decision makers in Egypt in providing a specialized academic institution for preparing adults teacher in accordance with the current age requirements and future novelties that put in consideration the characteristics of adult scholars.
