|b Corruption is a global conflict and a phenomenon that affects most countries of the world and all aspects of life, which requires cooperation and solidarity to combat it and eliminate all crimes associated with it in order to create a sense of justice, security and stability in society. Corruption is often associated with administrative and financial transactions, which makes its disclosure necessary and mandatory for any employee or citizen familiar with the matter. Providing protection and motivation to whistleblowers is the appropriate solution to eliminate spoilers who have abandoned principles and morals in order to obtain illegal funds and make quick profit at the expense of the happiness of others, which eliminates equality between individuals and hinders the smooth conduct of administrative and financial transactions
