|b The study focused on the integrated management of coastal zones in international law, "Case of the Mediterranean". As a fragile and threatened common heritage, it constitutes a real problem of national importance and with multiple international influences. The study revealed that international law is inadequate to regulate coastal areas, since there are no binding legal standards for this area that are globally approved at the international level. The study concluded that the recourse of the regional approach is very interesting, in notably with the adoption of the Integrated Coastal Zone Management Protocol, which included the principles, objectives and strategies of integrated coastal zone management, is the first instrument. International law devoted entirely to this problem.
|d L'étude portait sur la gestion intégrée des zones côtières en droit international, "Cas de la méditerranée". Elle, constituent en tant que patrimoine commun fragile et menacé, un véritable problème d'importance nationale et aux multiples influences internationales. L'étude a révélé que le droit international est inadéquat pour réglementer les zones côtières, puisque il n'existe pas de normes juridiques contraignantes pour cette zone qui soient approuvées au niveau international global. L'étude a conclu que le recours à l'approche régionale est très intéressant, notamment avec l'adoption du Protocole de gestion intégrée des zones côtières, qui incluait les principes, objectifs et stratégies de gestion intégrée des zones côtières, est le premier instrument juridique international consacré entièrement à ce problème.
