المستخلص: تعد ممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية من أهم وسائل الجامعة للإسهام في تحقيق النمو للطلاب؛ والتي تتم داخل الجامعة دون التدخل الأمني أو منع الطلاب من متابعة الدراسة نظرا لانتماءاتهم السياسية أو المذهبية لتصبح الجامعة واحة للفكر الحر المتجدد، وتمثل الأنشطة الطلابية أحد ركائز التربية الحديثة؛ الذى تتشكل فيه شخصية الطالب وتنميتها في مختلف جوانبها، حيث تعمل على كسر الحواجز بين الأستاذ والطلاب من خلال المواقف المتنوعة التي يشارك فيها الطلاب، وتنمية مهاراته وقدراته، وتجعلهم أكثر قدرة في التعامل مع أخرين، كما يمكنهم من التكيف مع مجتمعهم والمساهمة في حل مشكلاته، كما يساعد في تنمية الجوانب الإيجابية نحو الذات ويعزز الثقة بالنفس وتحمل المسئولية. فممارسة الأنشطة وسيلة مهمة لتحقيق أهداف محددة منها توجيه الطلاب ومساعدتهم في الكشف عن قدراتهم وميولهم والعمل على تنميتها، واتصال الطلاب ببيتهم والتعامل معها لجعلهم أكثر اندماجا مع مجتمعهم، ومساعدتهم على تفهم مناهجها واستيعابها وتحقيق أهدافها، وتستهدف الأنشطة أيضا تنمية الأسلوب الديمقراطي لدى الطلاب، وحل المشكلات التي تواجههم في الحياة. كما تعد الأنشطة الطلابية المتنوعة بالجامعات المتمثلة في الندوات، والرحلات والمعسكرات، والنشاط الكشفي، وزيارة المتاحف، ومجلات الحائط؛ مجالا خصبا لتوعية الطلاب، مما يحقق لهم حريتهم الأكاديمية والتي لا تتعارض مع استقلالية الجامعة، وبهذا يجب الاهتمام بها. وعادة ما تقدم الأنشطة والفعاليات بطريقة مشوقة وملبية لحاجاتهم، إضافة إلى أنها أصبحت جزاءا لا يتجزأ من العملية التعليمية بمعظم الجامعات المتقدمة، وذلك لتنمية وصقل مواهب الطلبة وتوظيفها في الأعمال المثمرة، بما يمكن أن تسهم في إعدادهم وتكامل شخصياتهم وتوازنها، من خلال تدعيم روح الفريق والعمل الجماعي بين الطلبة بعضهم البعض، وكذلك بينهم وبين الهيئة التدريسية لبناء الثقة بالنفس لديهم وتعويدهم على العمل ضمن فريق واحد، ولتنمية المهارات القيادية لديهم؛ ولتحقيق التفاعل بينهم وبين المجتمع.

The most important means of the university to contribute to achieving growth for students: The practice of student activities that take place inside the university without security interference or preventing students from pursuing studies due to their political or sectarian affiliations, so that the university becomes an oasis for renewed free thought, and student activities are one of the pillars of modern education; In which the student’s personality is formed and developed in its various aspects, as it breaks down barriers between the professor and students through the various situations in which students participate, develops his skills and abilities, makes them more capable in dealing with others, and enables them to adapt to their society and contribute to solving its problems, It also helps in developing positive aspects towards oneself and enhances self-confidence and responsibility. The practice of activities is an important means to achieve specific goals, including directing students and helping them to reveal their abilities and tendencies and working on their development, connecting students with their homes and dealing with them to make them more integrated with their society, and helping them to understand and absorb their curricula and achieve their goals, and the activities also aim to develop the democratic style among students, and solve problems Facing them in life. The various student activities in the universities are represented by seminars, trips and camps, scouting, visiting museums, and wall magazines. A fertile field for students' awareness, thus achieving their academic freedom that does not conflict with the independence of the university, and thus it must be taken care of. The activities and events are usually presented in an interesting way and meet their needs, in addition to becoming an integral part of the educational process in most advanced universities, in order to develop and refine the talents of students and employ them in fruitful work, in a way that can contribute to their preparation, the integration of their personalities and their balance, by strengthening the team spirit and work Collectively between students and one another, as well as between them and the faculty to build their self-confidence and accustom them to work within one team, and to develop their leadership skills; And to achieve interaction between them and the community.
