المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة تمكن مشرفي اللغة العربية بمنطقة حائل من كفايات الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني، ولتحقيق أهدافها استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي القائم على استفتاء مكون من ستة محاور، وبعد التحقق من صدق أداة الدراسة وثباتها، طبقت على جميع مشرفي اللغة العربية بمنطقة حائل خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني لعام 1442 هـ وعددهم (٢٥) مشرفا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: تمكن مشرفي اللغة العربية بمنطقة حائل من كفايات الإشراف التربوي المرتبطة بدرجة كبيرة جدا وكبيرة في جميع المحاور، عدا محور الكفايات المرتبطة باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التعليم الإلكتروني حيث كانت درجة تمكن المشرفين من كفايات هذ المحور كبيرة، وقد جاءت كفاية (أستطيع التعديل في محتوى الكتب الإلكترونية) كأقل كفاية من كفايات الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني على مستوى جميع المحاور في درجة تمكن مشرفي اللغة العربية منها، وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه من نتائج أوصت الدراسة بما يلي: ضرورة تطوير كفايات الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني بما يساعد مشرف اللغة العربية على التمكن من تلك الكفايات، والاستفادة من قائمة الكفايات المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة بالعمل على إعداد وبناء برامج تدريبية لمشرفي اللغة العربية لتطوير كفايات الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني لديهم، كذلك تنظيم دورات تدريبية تستهدف رفع كفايات الإشراف الإلكتروني التربوي المرتبطة بكفايات استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التعليم الإلكتروني لدى مشرفي اللغة العربية. كما اقترحت الدراسة إجراء بحوث ودارسات مستقبلية تأتي استكمالا لموضوع الدراسة الحالية.

The aim of the research: to know the degree to which the Arabic language supervisors in the Hail region were able to compete with the electronic educational supervision, and to achieve the goal of the research: the researchers used the descriptive approach based on a questionnaire consisting of six axes, and after verifying the validity and reliability of the research tool, it was applied to all Arabic language supervisors in the Hail region. During the second semester of the year 1442 AH, there were (25) supervisors. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The Arabic language supervisors in the Hail region were able to achieve the educational supervision competencies related to a very large and great degree in all axes, except for the competencies axis related to the use of modern technologies in e-learning, where the degree to which the supervisors were able to meet the competencies of this axis was great. The adequacy of (I can modify the content of e-books) came as less than the competencies of electronic educational supervision at the level of all axes in the degree to which the Arabic language supervisors were able to do so. In light of the results of the research, the research recommended the following: The need to develop the competencies of electronic educational supervision in a way that helps the Arabic language supervisor to master these competencies, and to benefit from the list of competencies used in this study by working on preparing and building training programs for Arabic language supervisors to develop the competencies of educational supervision. They also organize training courses aimed at raising the competencies of educational electronic supervision related to the competencies of using modern technologies in e-learning among Arabic language supervisors. The research also suggested conducting future research and studies that complement the current research topic.
