المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة الإشراف الإلكتروني لدى مشرفات إدارة تعليم الجوف ويتم تحقيق ذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع ممارسة الإشراف الإلكتروني، والوقوف على أهم المتطلبات الخاصة بممارسة الإشراف الإلكتروني، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على التحديات الخاصة بممارسة الإشراف الإلكتروني لدى المشرفات التربويات في إدارة تعليم الجوف، واستخدم الباحثان في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف دراستها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المشرفات التربويات العاملات ضمن الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة الجوف البالغ عددهن (٢٧٥) بينما تكونت عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (١٠٠) مشرفة من المشرفات التربويات، واستخدم الباحثان الاستبيان أداة لهذه الدراسة لمناسبتها لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وكانت نتائج الدراسة: أن واقع ممارسة الإشراف الإلكتروني لدى مشرفات إدارة تعليم الجوف جاءت بدرجة عالية، وذلك يتمثل في موافقة أفراد الدراسة على أن المشرفة (تحفز المعلمات لتطبيق التعاملات الإلكترونية، وكذلك أنها تتواصل إلكترونيا مع أقسام إدارات التعليم والمدارس، إضافة إلى أنها تقوم بالأعمال الإشرافية الموكلة بها إلكترونيا، وأنها تمتلك المهارات اللازمة لتطبيق الإشراف الإلكتروني)، أن متطلبات ممارسة الإشراف الإلكتروني لدى مشرفات إدارة تعليم الجوف جاءت بدرجة عالية، ومن أبرز تلك المتطلبات (تفعيل التعاملات الإلكترونية بين المدارس وإدارات التعليم المختلفة في كافة المجالات، وكذلك نشر التوعية والتثقيف حول أهمية ممارسة الإشراف الإلكتروني، إضافة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لتطبيق الإشراف الإلكتروني وتنفيذه، وتزويد الإدارات والمدارس بالأجهزة والتقنيات اللازمة لممارسة الإشراف الإلكتروني.

Study Objectives: The study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of electronic leadership among the supervisors of the Al-Jouf Education Department, and this is achieved by identifying the reality of the practice of electronic supervision, and identifying the most important requirements for the practice of electronic supervision, in addition to identifying the challenges related to the practice of electronic supervision of the educational supervisors In the Department of Education Al-Jouf. And verifying the existence of statistically significant differences between the average estimates of supervisors of the reality of practicing electronic supervision according to the scientific qualification variable, the number of years of experience. Study methodology: In this study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method to achieve the objectives of her study. Study population and sample: The study population consisted of all the female educational supervisors working within the General Administration of Education in Al-Jouf region, their number is (275), while a simple random sample was formed of (100) female educational supervisors. Study tool: The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool for this study for its suitability to achieve the objectives of the study. Results: 1. The reality of practicing electronic supervision at the Al-Jouf Education Department’s supervisors came to a high degree, and that is represented in the approval of the study members that the supervisor (motivates teachers to apply electronic transactions, as well as that she communicates electronically with the departments of education departments and schools, in addition to that she performs the supervisory work assigned to her. Electronically, and they possess the skills to apply electronic supervision). 2. The requirements for practicing electronic supervision at the Al-Jouf Education Department's supervisors came to a high degree, and among the most prominent of these requirements (activating electronic transactions between schools and various education departments in all fields, as well as spreading awareness and education about the importance of practicing electronic supervision, in addition to identifying training needs for the application of supervision.
