المستخلص: تهدف المقالة إلى تحليل استراتيجيات الإقناع المستخدمة في الخطاب السياسي لدى كل من مبارك وبيرلسكوني. وقد نشأت فكرة المقال من الرغبة في اكتشاف إلى أي مدى يمكن استخدام استراتيجيات موحدة لإقناع الجمهور. تتبع المقالة المنهج التحليلي التقابلي حيث تتم فيه مقارنة لغتين من أصول مختلفة ويتم تحليل الوسائل اللغوية المستخدمة في كل منهما في عملية الاتصال السياسي. يعرض المقال للخطاب السياسي لكل من الرئيس المصري الأسبق حسني مبارك ورئيس وزراء إيطاليا الأسبق سيلفيو بيرلوسكوني، وقد جاء اختيارهما نظرا لأن كلاهما بقي في السلطة لأطول فترة في تاريخ بلده، كما أن استقالتهما جاءت في نفس العام وفي نفس الظروف نتيجة احتجاجات شعبية واسعة النطاق. يحلل المقال فترتين زمنيتين لكل سياسي، الأولى هي أول خطاب سياسي موجه للشعب والثانية تمثل آخر خطاب قبل الاستقالة. ويقوم التحليل اللغوي على أربع نقاط رئيسية: الجزء التمهيدي يتم فيه وصف الإطار الاجتماعي والسياسي الذي صاحب ظروف تولى واستقالة الزعيمين، الجزء الثاني يتناول العلاقة التي تربط السياسة بنظرية الاتصال، ثم يتبعه الجزء الثالث الذي يعالج الصلة بين البراجماتية والخطاب السياسي. ثم النقطة الرابعة التي تعرض التقنيات اللغوية والثقافية المستخدمة في الخطابات السياسية بشكل عام التحليل التطبيقي للاستراتيجيات الإقناعية في خطابات الزعيمين من خلال التقنيات اللغوية والثقافية ثم تتبع الخاتمة وبها أهم نتائج البحث.

Il presente articolo mira ad analizzare le strategie di persuasione utilizzate nel discorso politico di Mubarak e di Berlusconi. L'idea è nata dal desiderio di scoprire fino a che punto strategie standardizzate possano essere utilizzate per persuadere il pubblico. L'articolo segue l'approccio analitico contrastivo, in cui vengono confrontate due lingue di diversa origine e vengono analizzati i mezzi linguistici utilizzati in ciascuna di esse nel processo di comunicazione politica. L'articolo analizza due discorsi per ciascuno, considerati di particolare rilevanza per la storia contemporanea dell’Egitto e dell’Italia: la discesa e le dimissioni dei due leader. La mia analisi linguistica si basa su quattro punti principali: la parte introduttiva descrive il quadro sociale e politico che accompagna le condizioni sia di discesa che di dimissioni dei due leader; la seconda parte dimostra il rapporto che lega politica e comunicazione, seguita dalla terza parte, la quale tratta il rapporto tra pragmatica e discorso politico. Il quarto punto analizza le tecniche linguistiche e culturali utilizzate nei discorsi politici in generale e esamina in dettaglio queste strategie nei discorsi dei due leader in particolare. Segue poi la conclusione in cui si illustrano i risultati più importanti della ricerca.

The article aims to analyze the persuasion strategies employed in the political discourse of both Mubarak and Berlusconi. The idea for the article originated from the desire to ascertain the extent to which unified strategies could be utilized to persuade the audience. The article adopts a contrastive analytical approach, comparing two languages of different origins and examining the linguistic means employed in each during the process of political communication. The political discourse of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is presented in the article. These figures were chosen because they both held power for the longest period in their respective country's history, and their resignations occurred in the same year under similar circumstances as a result of widespread popular protests. The article analyzes two time periods of each politician: the first being the initial political speech addressed to the people, and the second representing the final speech before resignation. The linguistic analysis is based on four main points: the introductory part describes the social and political framework that accompanied the circumstances of the takeover and resignation of the two leaders. The second part deals with the relationship between politics and communication theory, followed by the third part, which addresses the link between pragmatism and political discourse. The fourth point presents the linguistic and cultural techniques used in political speeches in general and the applied analysis of persuasive strategies in the speeches of the two leaders through linguistic and cultural techniques.
