المستخلص: استهدف البحث التعرف على مستوي إدارة ربة الأسرة لأزمة فيروس كورونا وتأثيرها على العلاقات الأسرية في ظل الحجر المنزلي، واشتملت عينة البحث الأساسية على (200) ربة أسرة من محافظة الإسكندرية، استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت أدوات البحث من استمارة استبيان تضمنت (الخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمبحوثات وأسرهن- إدارة ربة الأسرة لأزمة فيروس كورونا بمراحلها "مرحلة إدراك الأزمة (تحديد الهدف)/ مرحلة الاستعداد للأزمة (التخطيط)/ مرحلة مواجهة الأزمة (التنفيذ)/ (ككل)"- العلاقات الأسرية في ظل الحجر المنزلي بأبعادها (العلاقة مع الزوج- العلاقة مع الأبناء- العلاقة مع الأجداد). أظهرت نتائج البحث: ارتفاع مستوى إدارة ربة الأسرة لأزمة فيروس كورونا بمرحلتي (إدراك الأزمة "تحديد الهدف"، موجهة الأزمة "التنفيذ") وارتفاع مستوي إدارة ربة الأسرة للأزمة ككل، وتوسطه بمرحلة الاستعداد للأزمة (التخطيط). كما أوضحت توسط مستوي العلاقات الأسرية في ظل الحجر المنزلي لبعدي العلاقة مع (الأبناء، الأجداد)، وأيضا توسط مستوي العلاقات الأسرية في ظل الحجر المنزلي ككل بجميع أبعادها، بينما أتضح ارتفاع مستوي بعد العلاقة مع الزوج. وأشارت النتائج إلي وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ربات الأسر في إدارة أزمة فيروس كورونا خلال مرحلة مواجهة الأزمة (التنفيذ) تبعا لمتغير حجم الأسرة لصالح (من 2-3 أفراد)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات مستوي العلاقات الأسرية في ظل الحجر المنزلي الخاصة ببعد (العلاقة مع الزوج) تبعا لمتغير حجم الأسرة لصالح (من 2-3 أفراد) ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات مستوي العلاقات الأسرية في ظل الحجر المنزلي الخاصة ببعد (العلاقة مع الأبناء) تبعا لمتغير حجم الأسرة لصالح (7 أفراد فأكثر)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات بعد (العلاقة مع الأجداد) تبعا لمتغير العمل لصالح غير العاملات، كما أوضحت النتائج وجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ربات الأسر في إدارة أزمة فيروس كورونا بمراحلها (مرحلة إدراك الأزمة (تحديد الهدف)/ مرحلة الاستعداد للأزمة (التخطيط)/ مرحلة مواجهة الأزمة (التنفيذ)/ (ككل)) تبعا للمستوى التعليمي للزوج لصالح الشهادة الجامعية والفوق جامعية، ووجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ربات الأسر في إدارة أزمة فيروس كورونا بمراحل (إدراك الأزمة (تحديد الهدف)/ مواجهة الأزمة (التنفيذ)/ (ككل)) تبعا للمستوى التعليمي لصالح الشهادة الجامعية وفوق الجامعية، ووجود ارتباط طردي دال إحصائيا بين إدارة ربة الأسرة لأزمة فيروس كورونا بمراحلها (مرحلة إدراك الأزمة (تحديد الهدف)/ مرحلة الاستعداد للأزمة (التخطيط)/ مرحلة مواجهة الأزمة (التنفيذ)/ (ككل)) والعلاقات الأسرية في ظل الحجر المنزلي بأبعادها (العلاقة مع الزوج/ العلاقة مع الأبناء/ العلاقة مع الأجداد)/ (ككل))، أيضا أوضحت النتائج أن متغير المستوى التعليمي للزوج قد احتل الترتيب الأول في تأثيره على إدارة ربة الأسرة لأزمة فيروس كورونا، كما أن متغير مكان السكن قد احتل الترتيب الأول في تأثيره على العلاقات الأسرية فالدخل الشهري، ثم عمل الزوج. ويوصى البحث بضرورة تفعيل دور متخصص إدارة المنزل والمؤسسات بعقد ندوات تثقيفية لنشر الوعي بمراحل وأساليب إدارة الأزمات الوبائية، ونشر ثقافة ضرورة اتباع أساليب ومهارات الاتصال والتواصل بتلك الفترات الحرجة، للحفاظ على الصحة النفسية لأفراد الأسرة، وتوطيد العلاقات الأسرية.

The research aimed to identify housewife's management level of Coronavirus crisis and its impact on familial relations during home quarantine. The basic research sample included (200) housewives from rural and urban areas in Alexandria governorate. Using the descriptive analytical approach, the research tools consisted of a questionnaire that included (socio-economic characteristics of the respondents and their families, housewife’s management of Coronavirus crisis in all stages (awareness & goal setting/ preparation & planning/ implementation & confrontation/ familial relations during home quarantine with all dimensions: relationship with husband, relationship with children & relationship with grandparents). The research results showed a high level of housewife management of Coronavirus crisis in the two stages of (awareness & goal setting/ implementation & confrontation), a high level of housewife overall management of the crisis and an average level of (preparation & planning). The research also showed an average level of familial interaction during home quarantine as for the relationship with (children & grandparents) and also an average level of familial interaction in all respects during home quarantine as a whole with a high level of constrained husband-wife connection. The comes about demonstrated that there are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of different housewives management of Coronavirus crisis during the crisis response phase (implementation)

according to the variable of family size in favor of (2-3 individuals), and the existence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees of familial interaction levels during home quarantine as for limited husband-wife relation according to the variable of family size in favor of (2-3 individuals) and the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean degrees of familial interaction level beneath domestic isolate as for (relationship with children) according to the variable of family size in favor of (7 members and more). Evident was also the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of limited family-grandparents relations according to the variable of the wife's labour in favor of non-working women and a statistically significant discrepancy between the mean degrees of housewives management of Crown infection emergency within the stages of (awareness & goal setting/ Preparedness & planning/ implementation & crisis response) as a whole, depending on the husband’s educational level in favor of university and postgraduate degrees. The research also pinpointed the existence of a statistically significant discrepancy between the midpoints of housewives management of Coronavirus crisis in the stages of (awareness & goal setting/ implementation & crisis response) as a whole, depending on the educational level of the wife in favor of university and postgraduate degrees. There was a proof of existent statistically significant direct correlation between the housewife's management of the Coronavirus crisis in the stages (awareness & goal setting/ Preparedness & planning/ implementation & crisis response) as entire, and family relations in light of the domestic isolate with all its dimensions; relationship with the spouse, children and grandparents as a whole. Finally, the results showed that the educational level variable of the husband ranked first in its impact on the housewife's management of the Corona virus crisis, and the place of residence variable ranked first in its impact on family relationships, then, monthly income and next came husband's work. The research recommends the necessity of enacting the part of a specialist in institutions and domestic administration by holding instructive workshops to spread awareness of the stages and strategies of epidemic crisis management, and spreading the culture of the got to take after strategies and aptitudes of communication and interaction during these critical periods, to preserve the mental well-being of family members, and to solidify family relations.
