|b If we take human behavior as an example of interpersonal communication, we can say that the behavior has no opposite and has message value, any message has the value of communication, a verbal or non-verbal indicator. There is a healthy, spontaneous relationship, and a disturbed sick relationship. That problematic and parasitic relationship overshadows the content and eventually loses all importance. Double constraint, or paradoxical communication that is pathological and violent, causes pain and stress, including burnout, what generates psychopathology of the work.
|d Si l’on prend comme exemple de la communication le comportement humain, alors on peut dire que le comportement n’a pas de contraire, si le comportement existe, alors il a valeur de message, et tout message a valeur de communication, d’indicateur verbaux ou non verbaux. Il y a relation saine, spontanée, et une relation perturbé ou malade qui est une relation posant problème et parasite le contenu qui passe en arrière-plan et finit par perdre toute importance. La double contrainte, ou la communication paradoxale qui est pathologique voir violente provoque douleur et stresse y compris épuisement professionnel, ce qui engendre psychopathologie du travail.
