|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور أسلوب حلقات الجودة في مواجهة معوقات إدارة المدرسة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأسس النظرية لأسلوب حلقات الجودة، والوقوف على ملامح إدارة المدرسة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، والتعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تواجه إدارة المدرسة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، وتحديد أهم الإجراءات المقترحة لمواجهة معوقات إدارة المدرسة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت باستخدام أسلوب حلقات الجودة، وتم توظيف المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق البحث أهدافها ويجيب عن تساؤلاتها وكان من أبرز نتائجه أن حلقات الجودة تعتبر جزء من إدارة الجودة الشاملة والتي تعد بدورها ثقافة تنظيمية تتضمن مجموعة من الأنظمة المتكاملة في كافة مجالات العمل المدرسي، وتحتاج حلقات الجودة إلى التعرف على حاجات العملاء ومحاولة تلبيتها من أجل تحقيق أعلى درجات الرضا لديهم وذلك من خلال التحسين المستمر، لذا تعتبر حلقات الجودة أداة تطبيقية تتضمن مجموعة من الإجراءات التي تم وضعها حيث تركز على تكوين فرق لتحسين مستوى الأداء داخل المدرسة، وبالتالي فإن المستفيدين من خدمات المدرسة في ظل حلقات الجودة هم مفتاح نجاحها ومن ثم يتحتم التعامل المباشر معهم لتلبية رغباتهم معنى ذلك أن حلقات الجودة تعد بمثابة الأرضية التي يمكن أن تستند إليها المؤسسة لتطبيق برامج إدارة الجودة الشاملة.
|b The current research aims to identify the role of the quality rings method in facing the obstacles of primary school administration in the State of Kuwait, by identifying the theoretical foundations of the quality rings style, and to identify the features of the primary school administration in the State of Kuwait, and to identify the most important obstacles facing the primary school administration in the State of Kuwait And identifying the most important proposed procedures to confront the obstacles of primary school administration in the State of Kuwait using the method of quality rings, and the descriptive approach was employed in order for the research to achieve its goals and answer its questions and one of its most prominent results was that the quality rings are part of comprehensive quality management which is in turn an organizational culture that includes a set of systems Integrated in all areas of school work, and quality rings need to know the needs of customers and try to meet them in order to achieve the highest degree of satisfaction with them through continuous improvement, so quality rings are an applied tool that includes a set of procedures that have been put in place that focus on forming teams to improve the level of Performance within the school, and thus the beneficiaries of the school services in light of the quality rings are the key to its success and hence must For Al-Mubasher to deal with them to fulfill their desires, this means that quality rings are the basis on which the foundation can rely to implement comprehensive quality management programs.
