المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى:- التعرف على تأثير البرنامج الاستشفائي باستخدام الجهاز المبتكر على بعض الأنزيمات (CPK، استيل كولين استريز، ALP) لرباعي رفع الأثقال - التعرف على تأثير البرنامج الاستشفائي باستخدام الجهاز المبتكر على المتغيرات البدنية (القدرة الانفجارية، تحمل القوة، المرونة) وإنجاز رفعة الخطف لرباعي رفع الأثقال - التعرف على أفضلية التأثير للبرنامج الاستشفائي باستخدام الجهاز المبتكر على بعض الأنزيمات والمتغيرات البدنية وإنجاز رفعة الخطف لرباعي رفع الأثقال. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي لملائمة لمشكلة البحث وحدد الباحثان مجتمع البحث برباعي أندية محافظة بابل الرباعين برفع الأثقال والبالغ عددهم (6) أندية بواقع (30) رباعا، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وهم رباعي نادي الهاشمية والمدحتيه البالغ عددهم (10 رباعين) لتعاونهم بشكل يخدم البحث وبذلك مثلت عينة البحث نسبة (33.33%) من المجتمع الأصلي تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة ضمت كل منهم (5 رباعين) قد قام الباحثان بمساعدة كادر هندسي بتصنيع الجهاز (صنع جهاز الضغط بالماء) المبتكر وفق أسس علمية، وقد حدد الباحثان الأنزيمات قيد الدراسة بـ (CPK، استيل كولين استريز، ALP) والمتغيرات البدنية ب ((القدرة الانفجارية للذراعين والرجلين، تحمل القوة لعضلات للذراعين والجذع والرجلين، المرونة للذراعين والجذع والرجلين، إنجاز رفعة الخطف)) لرباعي رفع الأثقال، وقام الباحثان بإجراء الاختبارات القبلية في يوم في يوم 19/7/2019، ليتم بعـدها تطبيق البرنامج الاستشفائي الخاص لكل مجموعة على حده. وقام الباحثان بعد الانتهاء من البرنامجين بإجراء الاختبارات البعدية في تاريخ 7/9/2019م. وقد جمعت البيانات وتم معالجتها إحصائيا من خلال استعمال الحزمة الإحصائية (spss) وقد استنتج الباحثان:- 1- للبرنامج الاستشفائي باستخدام الجهاز المبتكر والمستخدم للمجموعة التجريبية تأثير إيجابي في تحسن الأنزيمات (CPK، استيل كولين استريز. ALP -). 2- للبرنامج الاستشفائي باستخدام الجهاز المبتكر والمستخدم من قبل المجموعة التجريبية تأثير إيجابي في تحسن المتغيرات البدنية (القدرة الانفجارية للذراعين والرجلين، القوة القصوى النسبية للذراعين والجذع والرجلين، تحمل القوة لعضلات للذراعين والجذع والرجلين، المرونة للذراعين والجذع والرجلين) وإنجاز رفعة الخطف بالنسبة للاختبار البعدية مقارنة بالاختبارات القبلية لرباعي رفع الأثقال. 3- للبرنامج الاستشفائي باستخدام الجهاز المبتكر الضغط بالماء أفضلية التأثير بالمقارنة مع المجموعة الضابطة في تحسن الأنزيمات (CPK، استيل كولين استريزت ALP-) لدى رباعي رفع الأثقال. 4- للبرنامج الاستشفائي باستخدام الجهاز المبتكر الضغط بالماء أفضلية التأثير بالمقارنة مع المجموعة الضابطة في تحسن المتغيرات البدنية (القدرة الانفجارية، تحمل القوة، المرونة) وإنجاز رفعة الخطف رباعي رفع الأثقال.

The research aims to: - Identify the effect of the hospital program using the innovative device on some enzymes (CPK, acetylcholine esterase, ALP) for quadruple weightlifting - Identify the effect of the hospital program using the innovative device on the physical variables (explosive ability, strength endurance, flexibility) and achieve Snatch Lift for Weightlifting Quadruple - Identify the preference for the effect of the hospital program by using the innovative device on some enzymes and physical variables, and achieving the snatch lift for the weightlifting quad. The two researchers used the experimental method to suit the research problem. The researchers identified the research community in the four clubs in Babil Governorate, the four weightlifters, which amounted to (6) clubs by (30) quadrants, and the research sample was chosen by the deliberate method, namely the Hashemite club quartet and its praise (10 quadrants) for their cooperation In a way that serves the research, and as such the research sample represented a percentage (33.33%) of the original community. They were divided into two experimental and control groups, each consisting of (5 quadrants). The two researchers, with the help of an engineering cadre, manufactured the innovative device (making a water pressure device) according to scientific foundations. The enzymes under study in (CPK, acetylcholine esterase, ALP) and the physical variants b ((explosive capacity of arms and legs, carrying strength for muscles of the arms, trunk and legs, flexibility of the arms, trunk and legs, achievement of a snatch lift)) for weightlifting quadruple, and the researchers conducted pre-tests in One day on 7/19/2019, after which the special hospital program will be applied for each group separately, and the researchers, after completing the two programs, conducted the post tests on 9/7/2019. The data were collected and processed statistically through the use of the statistical package (spss). The researchers concluded: 1- The hospital program using the innovative and used device of the experimental group had a positive effect on the improvement of enzymes (CPK, Acetylcholinesterase-ALP -). 2- The hospital program using the innovative device used by the experimental group has a positive effect in improving the physical variables (explosive capacity of arms and legs, the relative maximum strength of the arms, trunk and legs, the strength of the muscles of the arms, trunk and legs, flexibility of the arms, torso and legs) and achieving the snatch leverage for the dimensional test compared Pre-tests for quad weightlifting. 3- The hospital program using the innovative device, water pressure, has a better effect compared to the control group in improving enzymes (CPK, acetylcholine esterase-ALP) in the weightlifting quadruple. 4. The hospital program, using the innovative device, water pressure, has the advantage of effect compared to the control group in improving the physical parameters (explosive ability, strength endurance, flexibility) and achieving a quadruple snatch lift of weights.
