|b The Hospital remains the scene of reform and is the subject of continuous debate between the various partners. The locomotive of this reform is the hospital "E H U 1er November 1954" in Oran, built with the aim of being a pilot operation of all reforms in the hospital sector. Is the EHU a business (neo-institutional approach) with a dual economic and social logic? How is the modern governance of the EHU perceived?. We will follow the emergence and evolution of the new EHU 1er November hospital since its creation, how was it born, what is its socio-political dimension and try to examine the discourses and logics between the different actors within this enclosure
|d L’Hôpital demeure le théâtre d’une réforme et fait l’objet d’un débat continu entre les différents partenaires. La locomotive de cette réforme est l’hôpital "E H U 1er Novembre 1954" à Oran, construit dans le but d’être une opération pilote de toutes les réformes dans le secteur des hôpitaux. L’EHU est t-il une entreprise (approche néo-institutionnelle) a double logique économique et sociale? Comment est perçue la gouvernance moderne de l’EHU?. Nous allons suivre l’émergence et l’évolution du nouvel hôpital EHU 1er Novembre depuis sa création, comment est-il nait, quelle est sa dimension sociopolitique et essayer d’examiner les discours et les logiques entre les différents acteurs à l’intérieure de cette enceinte
