المستخلص: أجرت الباحثة هذه الدراسة من اجل التعرف على دور الاتصالات الإدارية في تحقيق القرارات الإدارة الفاعلة في اتحاد تنس كره القدم إذ قامت باستخدام استبانة مختصة بقياس مستويات متغير البحث وتحقيق هدفه، فقد تكون مجتمع البحث من أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية لأتحاد تنس كرة القدم كذلك الإداريين العاملين في الاتحاد والبالغ عددهم الكلي (18) عضوا، إذ تم استخدام مجتمع الدراسة بأكمله كعينة للدراسة، وكما ذكر سابقا انه تم استخدام استبانة متكونه من (35) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات هي: 1-أنماط الاتصالات (الاتصالات الهابطة، الاتصالات الصاعدة، الاتصالات الأفقية). 2-وسائل الاتصال الإدارية (وسائل الاتصالات المكتوبة، وسائل الاتصال الشفوية، وسائل الاتصال الإلكترونية). 3-مهارات الاتصال الإدارية (الكتابة والتحدث والقراءة والإنصات). 4-خصائص القرارات الإدارية (توقيت اتخاذ القرار، سهولة تنفيذ القرار، قبول القرارات من قبل المعنيين). 5-خصائص المعلومات (التوقيت المناسب، الدقة، الشمولية، الوضوح). وبعد جمع الاستبانات من قبل الباحثة وفريق العمل المساعد والتي تمت الإجابة عليها من قبل عينة البحث تم إجراء المعاملات الإحصائية عليها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، وفي النهاية تم التوصيل إلى نتائج أهمها أن للاتصالات الإدارية دور فعال من خلال أنماطه ومهاراته في تحقيق القرارات الإدارية الفعالة التي تسيير عمل الاتحاد وتحقق أهدافه، وبعد أن استنتجت الباحثة عدة استنتاجات من الدراسة الحالية وأوصت كذلك بعدة توصيات أهمها زيادة الاهتمام بأنماط الاتصالات الإدارية بين العاملين في كل المؤسسات الرياضية والتي من ضمنها الاتحادات والأندية الرياضية للمساهمة في الحصول على المعلومات القيمة وذات خصائص معينة تجعل من القرارات المتخذة فعالة ولها دور كبير في تحقيق أهداف تلك المؤسسات.

The researcher conducted this study in order to identify the role of administrative communication in achieving effective management decisions in the Football Tennis Federation, as she used a specialized questionnaire to measure the levels of the research variable and achieve its goal. The total number of (18) members, as the entire study community was used as a sample for the study, and as mentioned previously, a questionnaire consisting of (35) items was used, distributed over five areas: 1-Communication styles (downward communications, upward communications, horizontal communications). 2-Administrative means of communication (written communications, oral means of communication, electronic means of communication). 3-Administrative communication skills (writing, speaking, reading and listening). 4-Characteristics of decisions Administrative (timing of decision-making, ease of implementation of the decision, acceptance of decisions by those concerned). 5-Characteristics of information (appropriate timing, accuracy, comprehensiveness clarity). After collecting the questionnaires by the researcher and the assistant work team, which were answered by the research sample, statistical transactions were conducted on them using the statistical program (SPSS), and in the end the results were reached, the most important of which is that the administrative communication has an effective role through its patterns and skills in achieving effective administrative decisions Which manage the work of the Union and achieve its goals, by the presence of clear, statistically significant relationships in that, and after the researcher drew several conclusions from the current study and This is clear, and after that, the researcher drew several conclusions from the current study and also recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is to increase attention to the patterns of administrative communication between workers in all sports institutions, including sports federations and clubs, to contribute to obtaining valuable information with certain characteristics that make the Decisions taken. Effective and have a major role in achieving the goals of these institutions.
