المستخلص: تبلورت مشكلة البحث في أن: الحركة الكشفية كانت في السابق تنال الاهتمام وخصوصا فئة الشباب الجامعي الذي يكتسب الثقافة بالتعليم والخبرة من مجتمعه، ولما للقيم من تأثيرا كبيرا ومباشرا في الأعمال التي يؤديها الشباب الجامعي من حيث ضبط سلوكه وتحديد أهدافه واتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بأعماله، كذلك وعيه الكامل بما يجري من حوله والمعطيات التي تنتجها الإحداث الطبيعية وغير الطبيعية، ومن خلال إطلاع الباحثة وجدت أن هناك قصورا واضحا في تناول الجانب الثقافي والوعي البيئي خصوصا فيما يتعلق بالأوبئة التي تجتاح المجتمعات بصورة خاصة والعالم بصورة عامة، لذا ارتأت الباحثة التعرف على علاقة الخدمة العامة الكشفي بالوعي البيئي. وقد هدف البحث إلى: التعرف على الخدمة العامة للفرقة الكشفية والوعي البيئي لجوالة ودليلات المرحلة الأولى لكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة الكوفة، كذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين الخدمة العامة للفرقة الكشفية والوعي البيئي لجوالة ودليلات المرحلة الأولى لكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة الكوفة. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي في قياس الخدمة العامة للفرقة الكشفية والوعي البيئي وبأسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية لمعرفة العلاقة بين الخدمة العامة للفرقة الكشفية والوعي البيئي، وتحدد مجتمع البحث من جوالة ودليلات المرحلة الأولى في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في الكوفة للعام الدراسي 2020-2021 والبالغ عددهم (78) بواقع (55) جوال و(13) دليلة، وتم تطبيق المقياسين عليهم لغرض أجراء العلاقات الارتباطية. أما عن أهم الاستنتاجات فهي: يتمتع جوالة ودليلات كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضية بالخدمة العامة للفرقة الكشفية والوعي البيئي بمستوى جيد، كذلك وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية طردية بين الخدمة العامة للفرقة الكشفية والوعي البيئي لدى جوالة ودليلات كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضية في جامعة الكوفة. أما عن أهم التوصيات فهي: ضرورة إلقاء محاضرات نوعية على جوالة ودليلات كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضية أثناء المحاضرات الكشفية من قبل مختص في الإرشاد والتوجيه، ضرورة إلقاء محاضرات في الإرشاد النفسي لتنمية الخدمة العامة للفرقة الكشفية والوعي البيئي لدى الجوالة والدليلات لكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضية في جامعة الكوفة.

The problem of the research crystallized in that: The Scout movement was in the past receiving attention, especially the university youth group who acquires culture through education and experience from their community, and because values have a great and direct impact on the work performed by university youth in terms of controlling their behavior, determining their goals, and making decisions related to their work, as well as their awareness In full with what is going on around him and the data produced by natural and unnatural events, and by informing the researcher, she found that there are clear shortcomings in dealing with the cultural aspect and environmental awareness, especially with regard to the epidemics that are sweeping societies in particular and the world in general, so the researcher decided to identify the relationship of the Scout public service With environmental awareness. The research aimed to: identify the public service of the scout troop and the environmental awareness of the roving and the evidence of the first phase of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kufa, as well as to identify the relationship between the public service of the scout troop and the environmental awareness of the roving and the evidence of the first phase of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kufa. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method in measuring the public service of the scout troop and environmental awareness and in the correlative relations method to find out the relationship between the public service of the scout troop and environmental awareness, and the research community was determined from the rangers and evidence of the first stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in Kufa for the academic year 2020-2021, who numbered (78) by (55) mobiles and (13) evidence, and the two scales were applied to them for the purpose of conducting correlational relationships. As for the most important conclusions, they are: Scouts and the evidence of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences enjoy a good level of public service for the scout troop and environmental awareness, as well as a strong direct correlation between the public service of the scout troupe and environmental awareness of the Scouts and the evidence of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kufa. As for the most important recommendations, they are: The necessity of giving qualitative lectures on roving and the guides of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences during the scouting lectures by a specialist in guidance and direction, the necessity of giving lectures in psychological counseling to develop the public service of the scout troop and environmental awareness among the roving and the evidence for the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in University of Kufa.
