The fixed costs within the Alcost de Bejaia company constitute a major issue, they represent a very important part of the cost price. Therefore, the objective of this contribution is to optimize unit fixed costs by optimizing production within the company in question. The resolution and interpretation of the fixed cost minimization program by the "STORM" software allowed us to illustrate recommendations to the surveyed company to improve its performance. Les coûts fixes au sein de l’entreprise Alcost de Bejaia constitue un enjeu majeur, ils représentent une partie très importante dans le coût de revient. De ce fait, l’objectif de cette contribution consiste à optimiser les coûts fixes unitaires par l’optimisation de la production au sein de l’entreprise en question. La résolution et l’interprétation de programme de minimisation des couts fixes par le logiciel «STORM» nous ont permis d’illustrer des recommandations à l’entreprise enquêtée pour améliorer sa performance. |
