تعد الرياضة المدرسية أحد الحلقات المهمة في أعداد الطلبة أعدادا علميا وتربويا ونفسيا ورياضيا في وقت واحد إضافة إلى تنمية العلاقات الاجتماعية والإنسانية بين الطلبة والمدرسين وإشاعة روح المحبة والتعاون في نفوسهم وهي أسمى أهداف الرياضة كذلك يساهم في إتاحة الفرص للطلبة الموهوبين إظهار مواهبهم وقدراتهم في المجال الرياضي. ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على العوامل والمعوقات التي تحد من أمكانية مشاركة مدارس الإعدادي بنين في المسابقات الرياضية التي تنظمها مديرية النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي في بابل. وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة بواقع 150 مدرس بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (53.571 %)، وقد استنتج الباحث ما يلي: - 1-عدم كفاية الحوافز المادية المقدمة إلى مدرسي التربية الرياضية وخاصة أصحاب المشاركات والإنجازات. 2-عدم تضمين موازنة النشاط لمبالغ تخصص لنقل وإطعام المدارس المشاركة في البطولات التي تنظمها كذلك الحال مخصصات للتحكيم والأشراف. 3-لا توجد لدى النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي إلية للتقويم للمدارس أو مدرس التربية الرياضية. 4-الدورات تدريبية وتحكيمية غير كافية لنهوض بمستوى إداء المدرس من الناحية التدريب والتحكيم. 5-افتقار اغلب المدارس (الملاعب الخارجية المكشوفة) وصلاحياتها لأجراء النشاطات الرياضية داخل.

Likewise, allocations for arbitration. -Sports and school activities do not have a mechanism for evaluating schools or physical education teachers. - Training and refereeing courses are insufficient to improve the teacher’s performance in terms of training and arbitration. - The lack of most schools (outdoor open playgrounds) and their powers to conduct sporting activities inside.
