المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على طبيعة اتجاهات طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت نحو استخدام الأجهزة المحمولة الشخصية في التعلم. وتحديد الأغراض الرئيسة التي يستخدم فيها الطلبة أجهزتهم المحمولة في عملية التعلم. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لموضوع البحث وتحقيق أهدافه، حيث صممت أدوات لذلك، طبقت على عينة قوامها (٢٦٩) طالبا وطالبة من الكلية. وأظهرت النتائج أن الطلبة لديهم اتجاهات إيجابية بدرجة كبيرة تجاه استخدام الهاتف المحمول الشخصي في عملية التعلم، وأنهم يستخدمونه في أغراض تعليمية مختلفة. وقد وجدت علاقة موجبة ودلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الاتجاهات ودرجة الاستخدام. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا في تقدير هذه الاتجاهات والاستخدامات تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص، في حين وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير العمر بين ذوي الأعمار (١٧-٢٣) سنة مقابل من هم في سن (٣٠ سنة فأكثر) لصالح المجموعة الأولى.

The aim of the research is to identify the attitudes of students at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait towards the use of personal mobile devices in learning. And to identify the main reasons or purposes students use their mobile devices in learning process. The descriptive approach was used to meet the research aim, The descriptive approach was used for its relevance to these goals, as tools were designed for this, and were applied to a sample of (269) male and female students from the college. The results revealed that the students have high attitudes towards using the personal mobile phone in the learning process, and that they use it to a large extent for various purposes. The relationship between this was positive and statistically significant, and the results revealed that there was no statistically significant difference in estimating this according to the gender variable and major, while there were statistically significant differences according to the age variable between those aged (17-23) versus those aged (30 years or more) in favor of the first group.
