| 520 | |b Research objective: The main objective of this research is to investigate the antecedent competencies that reinforce the responsiveness of the pharmaceutical supply chain. This research is aiming to determine whether strategic sourcing capabilities, supply chain integration, firm’s strategic flexibility, and lean practices have a significant relationship with supply chain agility. Research Methodology: The survey method was utilized for data collection in this research. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 197 supply chain mangers, operation mangers, and general managers of 112 private pharmaceutical firms. Research Results: It was found that there is a significant relationship between strategic sourcing capabilities, supply chain integration, firm’s strategic flexibility, and lean practices have a significant relationship with supply chain agility in the pharmaceutical industry. | ||
