هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أثر الصراع القيمي لدى الشباب الجامعي في المجتمع المصري ودور المساندة الاجتماعية في مواجهة هذا الصراع، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام مقياس الصراع القيمي ومقياس المساندة المجتمعية، واستخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الأدوات منها مقياس المساندة المجتمعية ومقياس الصراع القيمي، وتكون المقياس الخاص بالمساندة المجتمعية من خمسين عبارة واستخدم الباحث للتحقق من صدق المقياس صدق المحكمين وصدق المقارنة الطرفية وصدق البناء التكويني. وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة إحصائية دالة بين درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس عادات وأنماط استخدام الانترنت وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، وأكدت الدراسة الحالية أن الشباب يستخدمون شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لأنها وسيلة سهلة وسريعة الاستخدام. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها: التأكيد على دور الجامعة في تقديم المساندة الاجتماعية مما يعطي صورة ايجابية عن البيئة الجامعية، وأن تقوم الأسرة بدورها حيث أنها المصدر الرئيسي والأول للمساندة المجتمعية، ويجب على المؤسسات القائمة على الشئون التربوية عمل دراسات كيفية توظيف الانترنت وشبكات التواصل في تنمية معارف طلاب الجامعات.
The present study aimed to reveal the impact of the value conflict among university youth in the Egyptian society and the role of social support in facing this conflict, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the value conflict scale and the community support scale, and the study used a set of tools, including the community support scale and the value conflict scale. The scale of community support consists of fifty statements, and the researcher used to verify the validity of the scale, the validity of the arbitrators, the validity of the peripheral comparison, and the validity of the formative construction. The results of the study showed that there is a significant statistical relationship between the scores of the sample individuals on the scale of the habits and patterns of using the Internet and social networks, and the current study confirmed that young people use social networks because it is an easy and fast way to use. The study reached a set of recommendations, including: Emphasizing the university’s role in providing social support, which gives a positive picture of the university environment, and for the family to play its role as it is the main and first source of community support. Institutions based on educational affairs must conduct studies on how to employ the Internet and communication networks. In developing the knowledge of university students.
