المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف علي أثر الرقابة الإدارية علي أداء العاملين بوزارة الثروة الحيوانية والسمكية ولاية غرب كرفان، ومدي الإسهام في معالجة القصور الإداري عن طريق وظيفة الرقابة الإدارية ومعرفة أنظمة الرقابة الإدارية وكيفية تطبيقها، ونتيجة التحليل الإحصائي جاءت بعرض النتائج واختبارها والتحقق من فرضياتها باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS-15 وأسلوب الاختبار (One sample T test) لإيجاد العلاقة ومعامل التحديد. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى حزمة من النتائج أبرزها أن الرقابة الإدارية جزء من وظيفة المدير التي تتطلب مقارنة الأداء الفعلي المرغوب فيه وتصحيح الانحراف إذا وجد وتلاحظ أن عدد الدورات التدريبية التي تلقاها العاملين في مجال الرقابة الإدارية ليست كافية وظهر ذلك بنسبة 65.5% من حجم أفراد العينة وهذا مؤشر بوجود قصور في وضع خطة تدريبية تلبى احتياجات العاملين وأن مفهوم الرقابة الإدارية للمدير أو القائد يكون مسؤولية ذاتية هذا ما يجعل المسؤولين يتقنون العملية الإدارية. ومن التوصيات تشجيع العاملين بالمكافآت المالية والجوائز والترقيات وذلك للعاملين أصحاب الأداء الأفضل لحفز الآخرين، والاهتمام بأساليب الرقابة الإدارية على جميع المستويات الإدارية.

This study aimed to identify the impact of administrative control over the performance of employees at the Ministry of Animal Resources and Fisheries, on state of West Kordofan, and to contribute addressing the administrative shortcomings of the administrative control over personnel and knowledge management control systems as a result of statistical analysis came, testing and verification of the hypotheses using statistical analysis software SPSS-15 and the test method ((One sample T test to find the relationship and coefficient of determination. The study found a package of results, most notably administrative control the post of Director, which requires actual performance desirable to correct the deviation the number of training courses received by workers in the field of management control is not enough and appeared with a rate of 65.5% of the volume of the sample which is an indication of the existence of shortcomings in training plan which should meet the needs of workers, And that the concept of management oversight by a manager or leader is self-responsibility that is to say what makes officials fluent in the administrative process. The study re commend that the administration should encourage workers through financial rewards, awards, promotions and performance to motivate others and should pay attention to the methods of management control at all administrative levels.
