تحاول هذه الدراسة الكشف عن المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق جودة الأداء التدريسي من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الرياضية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وذلك عن طريق الإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة المتعلقة بالمعوقات المرتبطة بالإدارة المدرسية، وأيضا المعوقات المرتبطة بالإمكانات والأدوات والأجهزة المساعدة في عملية التطبيق العملي- والمعوقات المرتبطة بالمتعلمين، والمعوقات المرتبطة بالإعداد المهني للمعلم، والمعوقات المرتبطة بالإجراءات الاحترازية، حيث استخدم الباحث الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، احتوى على خمسة محاور مقننة علميا، شملت عينة الدراسة عدد (٨٣) معلما، وكانت أهم النتائج- المعوقات التي تحول دون الوصول إلى جودة الأداء التدريسي من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الرياضية في ظل الجائحة تمثلت في: صعوبات ذات درجة عالية: نقص الإمكانات- الإجراءات الاحترازية- المتعلمين- وصعوبات ذات درجة متوسطة وهي الإعداد المهني للمعلم- الإدارة المدرسية، ومن أهم التوصيات: ضرورة الاهتمام بالإعداد المهني للمعلم بما يتناسب والمستجدات الحديثة، وأيضا توفير الإمكانات والأدوات والوسائل الحديثة التي تحتاجها مادة التربية الرياضية ضرورة الاهتمام بالأنشطة الرياضية التي تقوم علي التباعد بين التلاميذ وذلك لحين انتهاء جائحة كورونا.
This study attempts to uncover the obstacles that prevent the achievement of the quality of teaching performance from the point of view of physical education teachers in light of the Corona pandemic, by answering the study questions related to the obstacles related to school administration - as well as the obstacles related to the capabilities, tools and assistive devices in the practical application process - And the obstacles related to the learners - and the obstacles related to the professional preparation of the teacher - and the obstacles related to the precautionary measures, where the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, it contained five scientifically codified axes, the study sample included (83) teachers, the most important results - the obstacles that prevent access to The quality of teaching performance from the point of view of physical education teachers in light of the pandemic was represented by: High degree of difficulties: lack of capabilities - precautionary measures - learners. And the difficulties of a medium degree, which is the professional preparation of the teacher - the school administration, and among the most important recommendations: the need to pay attention to the professional preparation of the teacher in a way that is commensurate with the modern developments - as well as providing the capabilities, tools and modern means needed by the physical education subject Corona pandemic.
