يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على: مستوى الأداء الإداري ومستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى القائمين على إدارة الأنشطة الرياضية ببعض الأندية الرياضية المصرية والعلاقة بين مستوى الأداء الإداري ومستوى الإبداع الإداري لدي القائمين على إدارة الأنشطة الرياضية ببعض الأندية الرياضية المصرية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم اختيار عينة البحث من (مديري النشاط الرياضي-نواب مديري النشاط الرياضي-مشرفي القطاعات-المديرين الإداريين-الإداريين) القائمين على إدارة الأنشطة الرياضية بالأندية الرياضية المصرية وعددهم (118) فردا، ومن أهم النتائج: يوجد ارتباطا طرديا قويا دالا إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين إجمالي مستوى الأداء الإداري وإجمالي مستوى الإبداع الإداري بمعامل ارتباط مقداره على (0.828)، تعمل إدارة النادي على تحديد المشكلات المتوقعة ووضع الحلول لها من قبل الإدارة، تشجع الإدارة في تكوين انطباع إيجابي عن أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية بأنهم اشخاص يمتلكون أفكار جديدة. ومن أهم التوصيات: ضرورة أن تكون الإدارة على استعداد لاستغلال كل فكرة جديدة لتحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة، يجب أن تعمل الإدارة على زيادة ثقة الأفراد بأنفسهم من خلال التفكير والعمل والبحث عن الآليات المساعدة في تنمية هذه الثقة.
The research aims to identify: the level of administrative performance and the level of administrative creativity of those in charge of managing sports activities in some Egyptian sports clubs and the relationship between the level of administrative performance and the level of administrative creativity of those in charge of managing sports activities in some Egyptian sports clubs. The researcher used the descriptive method, and the research sample was chosen from (Sports Activity Managers-Representatives of Sports Activity Managers-Sector Supervisors-Administrative Managers-Administrators) who are responsible for managing sports activities in Egyptian sports clubs and they are (118) individuals, and the most important results: There is a strong direct correlation Statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) between the total level of administrative performance and the total level of administrative creativity with a correlation coefficient of (0.828), the club administration works to define the expected problems and develop solutions for them by the administration, the administration encourages to create a positive impression on the members of the administrative body that they are a People with new ideas. Among the most important recommendations: The need for management to be ready to take advantage of every new idea to achieve the required goals, the administration must work to increase the confidence of individuals themselves through thinking, working and searching for mechanisms to help develop this trust.
