الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين وبعد. تكمن أهمية هذا البحث المرسوم (أنظمة الطوافة ومراحلها ومؤسساتها في العهد السعودي) في كون هذه المهنة -الطوافة -قد ظهرت وتطورت وتأصلت مفاهيمها. ثم ازدهرت على مر العصور واستقرت وزادت لحرص ملوك المملكة العربية السعودية على الاهتمام بها وتسهيل أمور الحجاج لأداء مناسكهم. وتكمن أهداف هذا البحث في النقاط التالية: .1 أن المطوف ارتبط بعرى وثيقة بالحاج، وهذا الارتباط من بداية عهد الطوافة وحتى هذا العصر. .2 اختلفت الظروف عن السابق وتأثرت العلاقة بين المطوف وحجاجه بأسباب منها ما وصلت إليه المملكة العربية السعودية من تقدم مزدهر. .3 حرص ملوك المملكة العربية السعودية على الاهتمام بهذه المهنة لما فيها من علاقة وثيقة بخدمة ضيوف الرحمن. أما المنهجية المتبعة فقد اعتمدت الباحثة على التقصي في جمع المعلومات والرجوع إلى المؤسسات المعنية بهذه المهنة. وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات يذكر منها: .1 أن الطوافة مهنة قديمة عرفت ومن ثم تم إقرار عدد من التنظيمات لها خاصة في العهد السعودي الزاهر. .2 تكوين الهياكل الإدارية لمؤسسات الطوافة والتحديث في مجال تقنية وميكنة الأعمال بما يتفق مع معطيات العصر الحديث. ومن التوصيات: .1 العمل على إيجاد مراكز خاصة للباحثين وتزويد المكتبات بمؤلفات عن النقلة الحضارية التي مرت بها مهنة الطوافة. .2 التعاون من قبل الجهات المختصة بوزارة الحج ومؤسسات الطوافة لمساعدة الباحثين في مثل هذه المجالات البحثية.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, peace and prayers be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, Muhammad, upon his family and companions: The importance of this research (Tawafah regulations, stages and institutions in the Saudi era) lies in the fact that this profession (Tawafah) has emerged, developed and originated its concepts, then flourished settled and increased throughout the eras because the kings of Saudi Arabia cared about them and facilitating the pilgrims’ affairs to perform their rituals. Objectives of the research: 1. The Mutawaf was closely connected with the pilgrim, this connection is from the beginning of the Tawaf era until this era. 2. The current circumstances differed from the previous, the relationship between the Mutawaf and his pilgrims was affected, among other reasons is the prosperous progress achieved by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 3. The kings of Saudi Arabia are keen on taking care of this profession because it has a close relationship with the service of the guests of Alrahaman. Methodology of the research: the researcher relied on investigation to collect data and referred to the institutions concerned with this profession. Results of the research: 1. The Tawafah is an ancient profession that was known then organizations were approved for it, especially during the prosperous Saudi era. 2. The formation of administrative structures and modernization for Tawafah institutions in the field of technical and mechanization of works in accordance with the data of the modern era. Recommendations of the research: 1. To find special centers for researchers and providing libraries with literature reviews about the civilized shift of the Tawafah profession. 2. Cooperation by the competent authorities in the Ministry of Hajj and Twafah institutions to assist researchers in such research areas.
