تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الإمام المهدي كليتي التربية، والتمريض نحو استخدام الوسائل الحديثة في التدريس، من خلال توضيح واقع تطبيق الوسائل الحديثة، ومدى إلمام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها وبأنواعها والمعوقات التي تواجه تطبيقها، وتحددت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الآتي: (ما اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الإمام المهدي كليتي التربية، والتمريض نحو استخدام الوسائل الحديثة في التدريس. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لأنه الأنسب لإجراء هذه الدراسة والأجدى في تحقيق أهدافها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) أستاذا وأستاذة بكليتي التربية والتمريض بجامعة الإمام المهدي، وهي تمثل مجتمع الدراسة. تم تصميم أداة الدراسة الممثلة في الاستبانة وتحكيمها بواسطة عدد من المختصين في المجال التربوي ومن ثم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) لتحليل نتائج الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: واقع استخدام الوسائل الحديثة من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الإمام المهدي بكليتي التربية والتمريض من خلال تعدد أنواعها، وأنها تحسن من أداء عضو هيئة التدريس، وتتميز الوسائل الحديثة في أنها تقلل من الجهد المبذول والوقت في التدريس ومن أنواعها السبورة الذكية، المجسمات، الوسائط المتعددة، وجهاز عرض البيانات والفيديو. بينما المعوقات المواجهة لاستخدام الوسائل الحديثة تتمثل في قلة الدعم المادي الكافي لاستخدامها، وصعوبة تنفيذها، وضعف تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على استخدامها بناء على نتائج الدراسة. توصي الدراسة بضرورة توفير الدعم المادي الكافي لاستخدام التقنيات الحديثة، والعمل على تغطية كل المقررات الدراسية، وتدريب للمعلمين على استخدامها.
The purpose of this study is to identify the trends of the faculty members at AL- Imam Al-Mahdi University, the colleges of education and nursing, in using the modern means of teaching, by clarifying the reality of the application of modern methods, and the extent of their familiarity with the faculty members and the types of obstacles facing them. The study problem is emphasized in this question: (What are the directions of the members of the Faculty of Education, Nursing in AL- Imam Al-Mahdi University in using the modern methods in teaching?). The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, because it is best suited for conducting this study and the most effective in achieving its objectives. The sample of the study consisted of (50) male professors and female professors in the faculties of education and nursing at AL- Imam Al-Mahdi University. The study tool represented in the questionnaire which was designed and arbitrated by a number of specialists in the field of education and then the use of statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS) to analyze the results of the study. The study found the following results: The reality of the use of modern means by members of the faculty at the University of Imam Mahdi in the faculties of education and nursing through the variety of their types, and it improves the performance of the faculty member. The modern means reduces the effort and time in teaching and types of smart board, models, multimedia, and data and video projector. While the obstacles facing the use of modern means is the lack of sufficient material support for use, and the difficulty of implementation, and weak training of the faculty to use based on the results of the study. The study recommends the need to provide adequate material support for the use of modern training, to cover all courses, and to train teachers to use them.
