|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الشباب نحو العمل الوظيفي والعمل الحر واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، ووزعت على عينة حجمها (161) طالب وطالبة بجامعة طرابلس، تم اختيارها بطريقة العينة العشوائية، وتم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات من خلال تطبيق بعض أدوات التحليل الإحصائي وذلك باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية والمعروف اختصارا ببرنامج (SPSS) وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1- أن الشباب لديهم اتجاهات نحو العمل الحر. 2-أن اتجاهات الشباب نحو العمل تتجه اتجاها إيجابيا نحو العمل الحر أكثر من العمل الوظيفي. 3-عدم وجود فروق في الاتجاه العام نحو العمل حسب التخصص وعمل الأب والخلفية الاجتماعية للأسرة وبين توجه الشباب نحو العمل.
|b This research aims to identify the attitudes of young people towards career and self-employment, and a questionnaire was used to collect data, and it was distributed to a sample size of (161) male and female students at the University of Tripoli, which was selected by a random sampling method. The data was analyzed and hypotheses tested through the application of some analysis tools Statistical using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program, known for its acronym (SPSS), and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1-That young people have tendencies towards self-employment. 2-The attitudes of young people towards work are more positive towards self-employment than career work. 3-There are no differences in the general tendency towards work according to specialization, the work of the father, and the social background of the family, and the orientation of young people towards work.
