|a هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن متطلبات تطبيق الرشاقة التنظيمية كما يراها أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملك خالد في ضوء متغيري نوع الكلية والرتبة العلمية، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت العينة من (411) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات النظرية والعملية والتطبيقية بالجامعة، وتم تصميم استبانة لتعرف آرائهم حول أهم هذه المتطلبات وفقا لأبعادها المختلفة وقد خلص البحث لنتائج عدة أهمها: أن الرشاقة التنظيمية في القرن الحادي والعشرين تعد مطلبا ضروريا ومهما للنهوض بالمؤسسات التعليمية بعامة وجامعة الملك خالد بخاصة، اتفاق حوالي 76% من أفراد عينة البحث على ضرورة تطبيق الرشاقة التنظيمية بالجامعة لمواجهة التحديات العالمية والمحلية، كما خلص البحث لتوصيات عدة أهمها: إنشاء مركز للرشاقة التنظيمية بالجامعة يتم فيه تدريب القيادات وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين على أساليب الرشاقة التنظيمية وخطوات تطبيقها.
|b The aim of the research is to reveal the requirements of applying organizational agility as seen by faculty members at King Khalid University in light of the variables of the type of faculty and the scientific level. To achieve this, the research used the descriptive method. The sample consisted of 411 of faculty members in theoretical, practical and applied colleges. A questionnaire to identify the faculty views on the most important requirements for the application of organizational agility at King Khalid University was constructed. The research results showed that the sensing agility in the twenty-first century is a necessary and important requirement for the advancement of educational institutions in general and King Khalid University in particular. The research sample showed an agreement of 76% on the need of implementing organizational agility to meet the global and local challenges. The research recommends that it is necessary to establish an organizational agility center in which the leadership and faculty members are trained on the techniques and steps of implementing organizational agility.
