المستخلص: تزخر الجزائر عامة ومنطقة مزاب خاصة على كنز تراثي مبني خلفته الحضارة الإسلامية، فتراثها الأثري والتاريخي يؤدي دورا مهما في الحفاظ على ذاكرة الأمة وعمقها الحضاري وتمايز ثقافتها المحلية، أهلته بأن يصنف ضمن التراث الوطني والعالمي، لذا فمن المهم الحفاظ على هذا التراث الأثري النادر، وإعادة تأهيله ذلك بحفظه ووقايته من التشويه والتخريب والتدمير والعمل على تسييره وتطويره ليتلاءم مع ظروف العصرنة والتحولات الحضارية المستمرة، مما انعكس سلبا على قصورها العتيقة، ذلك بتزايد عوامل ومظاهر التلف في العمائر الدينية كتوسيعها أو تهديمها لأنها صارت لا تلبي حاجيات روادها، أو في العمائر المدنية التي تشهد احتكاكا يوميا ومؤثرا بساكنيه، أو تلكم العمائر الدفاعية التي تأثرت بالتوسعات العمرانية وسوء ترميمها واستعمال لمواد بناء غير محلية، كل هذه العوامل وأخرى، جعلت القصور الصحراوية في المنطقة تفقد سمتها شيئا فشيئا في ظرف زمني قصير. لدى كان لزاما علينا محاولة البحث في تشخيص الواقع، وإيجاد آليات وطرق تحميه وتجعله من الأولويات الرئيسية في الاستراتيجيات السياسية، والاقتصادية، وضمان ذلك في إطار ثقافته وتقاليده المحلية. إن طبيعة التحديات التي يعاني منها التراث المبني في وادي مزاب، يفرض علينا إيجاد ووضع أسس ومبادئ وحلول وخطط استراتيجية تتماشى مع التطورات والتوجهات العالمية الحديثة، تتفق عليها المؤسسات والعاملون والخبراء، مع ضرورة إشراك المجتمع المحلي الحاضن له (العمل التشاركي). بعد البحث في واقع التراث المبني في وادي مزاب، تبين لنا أنها لم تعد وحدها كفيلة بحماية هذا التراث المبني، بل يلزم التفكير والتوجه إلى تنمية مستديمة حقيقية على المدى البعيد بخطط استراتيجية بهدف المحافظة على هذا الإرث الحضاري وتنميته من أجل العلم، والمعرفة والسياحة، ليكون مرجعا تاريخيا وإرثا ثقافيا وموردا اقتصاديا متناميا.

So we had to try to find a diagnosis of reality, mechanisms and methods that protect it and make it a key priority In political strategies, and economic, ensure that in Framework of his culture and its local tradition. The mai challenges of the built heritage in the M’zab Valley forces us to create and develop strategic basises, principles, solutions and plans in line with modern global developments and trends. Agreed upon by institutions, Workers and specialists, With the need to involve the community that fosters it (Participatory work). After researching in the built heritage in The Valley of M’zab it turned out that they are not sufficient to ensure the preservation of the built patrimony, it Require Thinking and moving towards real sustainable development In the long run with strategic plans In order to preserve and develop this cultural heritage for science, knowledge and tourism, To be a historical reference and Cultural legacy And a growing economic resource.
