|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الإصابات الأكثر شيوعا في الوسط المدرسي وأسباب حدوثها وكذا الإجراءات الوقائية التي تسهم في التقليل من حدوثها أثناء ممارسة النشاط البدني والرياضي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استعنا في دراستنا بعينة قدرت ب 360 تلميذ وتلميذة من الذين تعرضوا للإصابات أثناء ممارسة الأنشطة الرياضية في الوسط المدرسي، و 90 أستاذ و 12 طبيب من أطباء الصحة المدرسية بولاية الشلف ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها، أن أسباب الإصابات الرياضية تعود إلى التصادم والاحتكاك المباشر وإلى الأرضيات الغير مناسبة وعدم كفاية الإحماء، وأهم الإجراءات التي تساهم في خفض نسب الإصابات الرياضية أثناء ممارسة النشاط البدني والرياضي التقيد بتعليمات الأستاذ وتوفير عوامل الأمن والسلامة من أدوات وأرضيات مناسبة للممارسة الرياضية وأداء الإحماء بشكل كافي.
|b The aim of this study is determine most common injuries and the reasons they occur and as well as the preventive measures that contribute to reducing the occurrence during physical activity and sport, and to achieve this goal answer the following question: what are the causes of injuries during physical activity in the school environment and how it can be avoided? therefore we used in a particular field study estimated 360 pupils boys and girls who suffered injuries during sports activities in schools, and 90 a Professor of physical education and sports in secondary school and 12 school doctors. The most important actions that contribute to lower rates of sports injuries during physical activity and sports to comply with instructions Prof. And provide security and safety factors of tools and flooring suitable for sports practice and perform warm up enough.
