المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسوان في ضوء التحول الرقمي، وأعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة والمقابلات الشخصية كأدوات للبحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسوان، والبالغ عددهم (١٤٩١) عضوا، وتم تحديد عينة البحث بتطبيق معادلة هيبرت أركن، وقد تم تحديدها بـــ (306) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في مختلف كليات جامعة أسوان وأسفر البحث عن عدد من النتائج، ومنها موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة موافقة متوسطة حول جميع عبارات المجال الأول (المهارات الشخصية)، وجميع عبارات المجال الثاني (المهارات البحثية)، وموافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة قليلة حول المجال الثالث (المهارات التعليمية)، وموافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة كبيرة حول المجال الرابع (المهارات التقنية)، وموافقة أفراد عينة البحث بدرجة متوسطة حول جميع عبارات المجال الخامس (المهارات القيادية)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة (0.05 ≤α) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة طبقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكر، وأنثى) والدرجة العلمية (أستاذ، وأستاذ مساعد، ومدرس) ومتغير نوع الكلية (نظرية، وعملية) حول الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسوان في ضوء التحول الرقمي، وأوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات، ومنها: العمل على وضع سياسة ورؤية لإدخال التكنولوجيا الرقمية بكليات جامعة أسوان وتوفير البنية التحتية الأساسية لكليات جامعة أسوان من شبكات، وأجهزة، ومعدات، وإتاحتها في داخل القاعات، والأقسام العلمية بالكلية، وتشجيع ودعم أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسوان على الالتحاق بالدورات التدريبية الداخلية والخارجية ذات العلاقة باستخدام تقنيات التحول الرقمي في العملية التعليمية، وضرورة توجيه عناية كبيرة بالبرامج التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسوان والتي تقوم على التدريبات العملية والورش التعليمية التي تحاكي المشكلات الجامعية الواقعية، مع ضرورة تفعيل أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة لتطبيقات الأجهزة الذكية وإنترنت الأشياء والذكاء الاصطناعي في مقرراتهم الدراسية.

The research aimed to identify the training needs of faculty members at Aswan University in the light of digital transformation, and the research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used the questionnaire and personal interviews as tools for the research. The sample of the research was applied by applying the Hebert Arken equation, and it was determined by (306) members of the teaching staff in the various faculties of Aswan University. The study resulted in a number of results, including the approval of the research sample members with a medium degree of approval about all the statements of the first domain (personal skills), all statements of the second domain (research skills), the approval of the research sample with a small degree about the third domain (educational skills), and the approval of individuals The sample of the research to a large degree about the fourth domain (technical skills), and the agreement of the research sample members to a moderate degree about all the expressions of the fifth domain (leadership skills), And there were no statistically significant differences at the level of the function (α ≥ 0.05) between the average responses of the research sample members of the university faculty according to the gender variable (male, female), academic degree (professor, assistant professor, and teacher) and the type of college variable (theory, process). On the training needs of faculty members at Aswan University in the light of digital transformation The research recommended a set of recommendations, including: working on developing a policy and vision for the introduction of digital technology in the faculties of Aswan University and providing the basic infrastructure for the faculties of Aswan University of networks, devices, and equipment, and making it available inside the halls and scientific departments of the faculty, and encouraging and supporting faculty members at Aswan University To enroll in internal and external training courses related to the use of digital transformation techniques in the educational process, and the need to pay great attention to training programs for faculty members at Aswan University, which are based on practical exercises and educational workshops that simulate real university problems, with the need to activate university faculty members for smart device applications. Internet of things and artificial intelligence in their curricula.
