المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على متطلبات تحسين جودة مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في مصر على ضوء معايير المنظمات العالمية للاعتماد؛ واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج المقارن؛ وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: ضعف الوعي بثقافة الاعتماد لدي أفراد المجتمع المدرسي؛ ضعف التواصل مع المجتمع ومشاركته في حل المشكلات التي تواجه مؤسسات رياض الأطفال؛ هناك تحديات تؤثر على تطوير مؤسسات رياض الأطفال وتلبيتها لمتطلبات المعايير القومية، عدم وضوح الرؤية والفلسفة والأهداف لدي القائمين على مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في مصر؛ محدودية توفير الموارد والإمكانيات اللازمة لاستمرار تعزيز عملية تطوير أداء العاملين، ضعف اهتمام إدارة المدرسة بدراسة تظلمات العاملين بصفة دورية؛ محدودية توفير الخامات الأولية لممارسة كافة الأنشطة الخاصة بالطفل؛ يوجد قصور في المعلومات التي تتوفر للروضة والتي توظفها في اتخاذ القرارات الخاصة به، عجز مؤسسات رياض الأطفال الحالية عن قبول كل الأطفال ممن بلغو سن الالتحاق برياض الأطفال؛ تعاني المناهج من القصور الواضح المتمثل في إغفالها بعض جوانب نمو شخصية الطفل وضعف تنمية المواهب لدى طفل الروضة؛ فضلا عن الفجوة البارزة بين أهداف رياض الأطفال المحددة والبرامج نتيجة القصور الواضح في الإمكانات المادية والبشرية والمعلمات غير المتخصصات.

The aim of the current research is to identify the requirements for improving the quality of kindergarten institutions in Egypt in light of the standards of international organizations for accreditation, and the current research used the comparative approach, and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: the lack of awareness of the culture of accreditation among members of the school community, weak communication with the community and its participation in solving problems Facing kindergarten institutions, there are challenges that affect the development of kindergarten institutions and their fulfillment of the requirements of national standards. The lack of clarity of vision, philosophy and goals of those in charge of kindergarten institutions in Egypt, The limited provision of the necessary resources and capabilities to continue to enhance the process of developing the performance of employees, the weak interest of the school administration in studying the employees' grievances periodically, the limited provision of raw materials for the practice of all activities for the child, there is a deficiency in the information available to the kindergarten that it uses in making its own decisions, the inability of Riyadh institutions The current children's admission of all children of kindergarten age. The curricula suffer from clear deficiencies represented in their neglecting some aspects of the child's personality growth and the weakness of the talent development of the kindergarten child, in addition to the significant gap between the specific objectives of the kindergarten and the programs as a result of the obvious deficiencies in material and human capabilities.
