هدفت الباحثة من البحث إلى الكشف عن الفروق بين معلمات رياض الأطفال على مقياس المهارات القيادية التي تعزى إلى المؤهل العلمي (تربوي - غير تربوي –دبلوم)، وسنوات الخبرة (من 1 إلى 5 سنوات - من 6 إلى 10 سنوات - من 10 سنوات فأكثر)، والحالة الاجتماعية (آنسة – متزوجة)، ونوع المدرسة (خاص – حكومة)، وتكونت عينة البحث من (231) معلمة رياض أطفال من إدارات مختلفة تابعة لمحافظات (القاهرة، والجيزة، القليوبية) وطبقت الباحثة مقياس المهارات القيادية من إعدادها وقد توصلت الباحثة من خلال تحليل النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معلمات رياض الأطفال على مقياس المهارات القيادية تعزى إلى المؤهل العلمي (تربوي -غير تربوي –دبلوم)، وسنوات الخبرة من (1-5 سنوات، 6-10 سنوات، 10 سنوات فأكثر)، والحالة الاجتماعية (آنسة، متزوجة) كما أظهرت النتائج انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معلمات رياض الأطفال على مقياس المهارات القيادية تعزى لنوع المدرسة (خاصة أو حكومة).
The aim of the current research is to reveal individual differences between kindergarten teachers on the scale of leadership skills attributable to academic qualification (educational - non-educational - diploma), and years of experience (from 0 to 5 years- from 5 to 10 years - from 10 years and more), And the marital status (miss- married), and the type of school (private - government), and the research sample consisted of (231) kindergarten teachers from different departments belonging to the governorates (Cairo, Giza, and Menoufia) 0 and the researcher designed the scale of leadership skills as the researcher reached through an analysis The results indicate that there are no individual differences between kindergarten teachers on the scale of leadership skills that are due to scientific qualification (educational - non-educational - diploma), and there are no individual differences between kindergarten teachers on the scale of leadership skills due to years of experience (0-5 years, 5 - 10 years, 10 years and more), and there are no individual differences between kindergarten teachers on the leadership skills scale due to marital status (miss, married). The results also showed that there are no individual differences between kindergarten teachers on the leadership skills scale due to the type of school (Private or government).
