المستخلص: يتمثل موضوع هذه الدراسة في التعرف على سمات خطاب تعليقات قراء صحافة الفيديو إزاء أزمة سد النهضة الإثيوبي، بالتطبيق على قناة الإعلامي (شريف الصيرفي) على اليوتيوب، وذلك من خلال رصد سمات بنية خطاب تعليقات القراء على أزمة سد النهضة الإثيوبي، والتعرف على موقف أصحاب التعليقات من الأزمة، ودور وسمات القوى الفاعلة في خطاب تعليقات القراء حول الأزمة، والحجج والمبررات التي استندت إليها تعليقات صحافة الفيديو إزاء أزمة سد النهضة الإثيوبي. استخدمت الدراسة نظرية المجال العام كإطار نظري للدراسة، ووظفت منهج المسح الإعلامي، كما استخدمت تحليل المضمون وتحليل الخطاب كأدوات للدراسة. وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في تعليقات القراء على المواد المنشورة على قناة الإعلامي (شريف الصيرفي) فترة بدء المليء الثاني لسد النهضة في شهر يوليو عام ٢٠٢١، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تنوع الموضوعات المقدمة بتعليقات قراء صحافة الفيديو إزاء أزمة سد النهضة، وأشار التحليل إلى تنوع سمات بنية خطاب تعليقات القراء، وكشف التحليل عن عدم اهتمام خطاب التعليقات في أغلبه بالاستناد إلى الحجج والبراهين، وتصدر (الرئيس السيسي) القوى الفاعلة في خطاب تعليقات قراء صحافة الفيديو إزاء أزمة سد النهضة الإثيوبي.

The topic of this study is to identify the discourse characteristics of the video press readers' comments regarding the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam crisis, by applying it to the media channel (Sherif El-Serafy) on YouTube, by monitoring the characteristics of the readers' comments' discourse structure on the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam crisis, and identifying the position of the commenters From the crisis, the role and characteristics of the active forces in the discourse of readers' comments about the crisis, and the arguments and justifications on which the video press comments were based on the crisis of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam. The study used the public domain theory as a theoretical framework for the study, and it employed the media survey method, it used content analysis and discourse analysis as tools for the study. The sample of the study was the readers' comments on the materials published on the media channel (Sherif El-Serafi) during the period of the start of the second filling of the Renaissance Dam in July 2021, the study found the diversity of topics presented in the comments of video press readers regarding the Renaissance Dam crisis, the analysis indicated the variety of the features of readers' comments discourse's structure, and the analysis revealed the lack of interest in the comments' discourse mostly based on arguments and evidence, and (President Al-Sisi) issued the active forces in the speech of the video press readers' comments regarding the crisis of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.
