هدف البحث التعرف على أهم المهارات الاجتماعية اللازمة لطلاب مدارس التربية الفكرية بمحافظة الدقهلية والمعوقات التي تحول دون تنميتها عند الطلاب، والتعرف على مقترحات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والمعلمين للتغلب على هذه المعوقات. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تطبيق استبيان على عينة من المعلمين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين ببعض مدارس التربية الفكرية في محافظة الدقهلية، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لموضوع الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك العديد من المعوقات التي تحول دون تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى طلاب مدارس التربية الفكرية بمحافظة الدقهلية منها معوقات راجعة للطلاب ومعوقات راجعة للمدرسة ومعوقات راجعة للأسرة ومعوقات راجعة للمجتمع، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك العديد من المهارات الاجتماعية الضرورية لطلاب مدارس التربية الفكرية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير المناهج بما يتناسب وتنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب عمل المزيد من حملات توعية من خلال الوسائل المختلفة للتوعية بمشكلات واحتياجات وأهمية هذه الشريحة في المجتمع، ضرورة التكامل الوظيفي بين فريق العمل في المدرسة بما يخدم تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب.
The aim of the research is to identify the most important social skills for students of the schools of intellectual education in the Governorate of Dakahlia and the obstacles that prevent their development among students, and to identify the proposals of social workers and teachers to overcome these obstacles. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of teachers and social workers in some schools of intellectual education in the Governorate of Dakahlia. The study used the descriptive approach to suit the subject of the study, and the study found that there are many obstacles that prevent the development of social skills among students of intellectual, Education schools in Dakahlia Governorate, including obstacles that refer to students, obstacles that return to the school, obstacles that refer to the family and obstacles that are back to society. The study also found that there are many necessary social skills for students of intellectual education schools, The study recommended the necessity of developing curricula in a way that is commensurate with the development of social skills among students, conducting more awareness campaigns through various means to raise awareness of the problems, needs and importance of this segment in society, the necessity of functional integration between the school team in a way that serves the development of students’ social skills.
