|b With the constant advances in technology, some educational materials are threatened with extinction. If it seems that the textbook is directly concerned, the best-established prognoses turn out to be erroneous, however, since the textbook does not disappear but is transformed in concrete terms. It cannot be otherwise in view of the undisputed value of this privileged didactic instrument. A central question then arises: is the textbook this other symbol or emblem of national sovereignty? A possible and not inescapable answer is conceived in the perspective of the strategic depth called for by national cohesion. Algerian National Education thus politicizes the intermittent debate linked to the principle of innovation. It is his thoughtful way of inviting "philosophers" to subtly distinguish educational innovation from technological innovation. The result is a healthy attitude of questioning the ipseity that is too often concealed in favor of otherness, so that a real understanding of the phenomenon manifests itself objectively in the minds of the educational partners: teachers and learners. It is therefore unquestionably a question of methodology and epistemology with the concern for greater efficiency and future performance. An enlightened witness, the national school textbook is part of a people's work of memory.
|d Avec les progrès constants de la technologie, certains auxiliaires pédagogiques sont menacés de disparition. S'il semble que le manuel scolaire soit directement concerné, les pronostics les mieux établis s'avèrent cependant erronés tant le manuel ne disparait pas mais concrètement se transforme. Il ne peut en être autrement au regard de la valeur incontestée de cet instrument didactique privilégié. Se pose ainsi une question centrale : le manuel scolaire est-il cet autre symbole ou emblème de la souveraineté nationale ? Une réponse possible et non inéluctable peut se concevoir dans la perspective de la profondeur stratégique que convoque la cohésion nationale. L'Éducation nationale algérienne politise ainsi le débat intermittent lié au principe de l'innovation. C'est sa façon réfléchie d'inviter les "philosophes" à distinguer subtilement l'innovation pédagogique de l'innovation technologique. Il en découle une saine attitude de remise en question de l'ipséité trop souvent occultée au profit de l'altérité, afin qu’une réelle compréhension du phénomène se manifeste objectivement dans l'esprit des partenaires pédagogiques : enseignants et apprenants. C'est donc indiscutablement une question de méthodologie et d'épistémologie avec le souci de plus d'efficacité et de performance à venir. Témoin éclairé, le manuel scolaire national participe du travail de mémoire d'un peuple.
