المستخلص: جاء البحث بعنوان: رعاية الموهوبين وتمكينهم، منهج رباني ورؤية سعودية؛ ليوضح حرص واهتمام القرآن الكريم، والسنة النبوية الشريفة برعاية هذه الفئة من الناس على اختلاف مواهبهم، وتحفيزهم، وإظهار مدى الحرص في استثمار طاقاتهم التي منحهم واختصهم بها المولى (عز وجل) والكشف عن امتداد ذلك في ظل دولة التوحيد من عهد المؤسس الملك عبد العزيز -طيب الله ثراه- إلى رؤية المملكة 2030م وعنايتها بتلك الفئة من أنباء المجتمع بالذات؛ دراسة موضوعية انطلاقا من هدي الوحيين، ووفق رؤية علمية منهجية ارتكزت عليها مملكتنا الرشيدة، لتعزيز ما تسعى إليه لفتح الدروب المضيئة بالذات أمام النابهين من أبناء هذا الوطن؛ لاستكمال طريق الحضارة في أرض الجزيرة العربية عبر الأجيال، وإظهار الوجه الإيجابي للمملكة في ظل التحولات الدولية المعاصرة وتقنيات العلم الحديث. ولقد حرصت الباحثة على اتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، والاستقرائي في البحث من خلال استقراء الآيات والأحاديث المتعلقة بالموضوع ما أمكن وربط الخالف بالسالف. وخلصت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء وبيان أن القرآن الكريم والهدي النبوي الشريف قد حرصا في منهجهما إلى لفت الانتباه لرعاية هذه الفئة وتمكينها واستثمارها بشكل جدي وعملي، منهجا سارت المملكة عليه منذ تأسيسها، وتبعتها الرؤية 2030م في ذلك، مستلهمة خطى السير من هديهما وهدي السالفين، فانطلقت انطلاقة قوية؛ لتؤكد دعم ولاة الأمر لها، وحرصهم الشديد على تسهيل كافة الطرق؛ لسبل عملها وإنجازاتها، بما يعود فيه من خير وفير على المجتمع في حسن توجيهها ورعايتها لهم. وقد أوصت الدراسة بمتابعة وإظهار كل ما سعى كتاب الله والسنة المطهرة؛ لإظهاره ونجاحه من مواضيع متعلقة بهذا الشأن، ولا سيما التي تتماشى مع موضوع البحث وحرصه على إظهار وارتباط قوة رؤية المملكة 2030م به؛ والسعي لأن يكون واقعا ملموسا يشهده الجميع.

The research came under the title: Care and Empowerment of the Gifted, a Rabbinic Approach and a Saudi Vision; To clarify the keenness and interest of the Noble Qur’an and the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet to take care of this category of people with their different talents, motivate them, and show the extent of care in investing their energies that God (Almighty and Glorious is He) bestowed upon them and singled them out, and to reveal the extent of this in the shadow of the monotheism state from the era of the founder King Abdul Aziz - May God rest his soul - to the Kingdom’s vision of 2030. and its attention to this particular category of society’s news; An objective study based on the guidance of the two revelations, and according to a systematic scientific vision upon which our rational kingdom is based, to strengthen what it seeks to open up the luminous paths of itself in front of the wise people of this country; To complete the path of civilization in the land of the Arabian Peninsula through generations, and to show the positive face of the Kingdom in light of contemporary international transformations and the techniques of modern science. The researcher was keen to follow the descriptive, analytical, and inductive method in the research by extrapolating the verses and hadiths related to the topic as much as possible and linking the disagreement with the foregoing. The study concluded by shedding light and showing that the Holy Qur’an and the noble Prophet’s guidance have been keen in their approach to draw attention to the care, empowerment and investment of this group in a serious and practical manner, an approach that the Kingdom has followed since its establishment, and the Vision 2030 followed in that, inspired by the path of the two thousand, and I took the path of these two guides, and took strong start; To confirm the guardians’ support for it, and their keenness to facilitate all roads; For its ways of working and its achievements, with the abundant good that it brings to the community in its good guidance and care for them. The study recommended following up and showing all that the Book of God and the pure Sunnah sought; To demonstrate his success in topics related to this matter, especially those that are in line with the topic of the research and his keenness to show and relate the strength of the Kingdom’s vision 2030 to it; And strive to be a tangible reality witnessed by all.
