520 |a شهد عام ١٤٣٣ هـ/ ٢٠١٢ م إعادة إنشاء هيئة كبار العلماء بالأزهر الشريف تحت رئاسة فضيلة الإمام الأكبر أ. د/ أحمد الطيب شيخ الأزهر الشريف وبدعوة منه؛ لتكون هي المرجع الرئيس للمسلمين حول العالم، وللتصدي لما يستجد من قضايا فقهية، وقد قامت الهيئة منذ إعادة إنشائها بجهود كبيرة في الدفاع عن ثوابت الدين ومقدساته ورموزه، ومواجهة أفكار جماعات التطرف والإرهاب، وترسيخ روح المواطنة والتعايش المشترك، والدفاع عن القضايا العربية والإسلامية، والاهتمام بالقضايا المعاصرة، بالإضافة إلى الجهود العلمية والدعوية، ويختص موضوع تلك الدراسة التاريخية بالحديث عن "هيئة كبار العلماء بالأزهر وجهودها في دعم الأمن الفكري والوطني والقضايا العربية والإسلامية في الفترة (١٤٣٣- ١٤٤١هـ /٢٠١٢- ٢٠٢٠م)، وذلك بالحديث عن إعادة إنشاء الهيئة من حيث خطوات الإنشاء والوضع الدستوري واللائحة الداخلية وشروط العضوية والمهام والاختصاصات، وعن جهود الهيئة في دعم الأمن الفكري والوطني ومواجهة الأفكار المتطرفة الخارجة عن صحيح الدين، وفي دعم القضايا العربية والإسلامية، واعتمدت تلك الدراسة بدرجة رئيسة على ما اشتمل عليه قانون إعادة الهيئة ولائحتها الداخلية، والاطلاع على المحاضر والقرارات والبيانات الرسمية الخاصة بالهيئة إبان فترة الدراسة، وعقد اللقاءات الشخصية بمشيخة الأزهر الشريف والأمانة العامة لهيئة كبار العلماء، ومنها اللقاءات التي عقدت مع المستشار محمد عبد السلام المستشار التشريعي والقانوني السابق للهيئة ولفضيلة الإمام الأكبر شيخ الأزهر الشريف رئيس الهيئة، وعدد من السادة العلماء أعضاء الهيئة الموقرة، الأستاذ الدكتور / عباس شومان الأمين العام للهيئة وقتئذ، والأستاذ الدكتور/ صلاح العادلي أمين سر الهيئة السابق، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد على دستور جمهورية مصر العربية عام ٢٠١٢م والنسخة المعدلة له عام ٢٠١٤م، وعدد من الصحف والمجلات والمواقع الإلكترونية محليا وإقليميا.  |b The year 1433 AH / 2012 AD witnessed the re¬establishment of the Council of Senior Scholars in Al-Azhar under the leadership of the Grand Imam Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and at his invitation; To be the main reference for Muslims around the world, and to address emerging jurisprudential issues. Since its re-establishment, the commission has made great efforts in defending the constants, sanctities and symbols of religion, confronting the ideas of extremism and terrorism groups, consolidating the spirit of citizenship and coexistence, defending Arab and Islamic issues, and paying attention Contemporary issues, in addition to scientific and advocacy efforts, and the subject of this historical study is concerned with talking about “the Council of Senior Scholars in Al-Azhar and its efforts in supporting intellectual and national security and Arab and Islamic issues in the period (1433-1441 AH I 2012-2020 CE), by talking about the re¬establishment of the Commission in terms of The establishment steps, the constitutional status, the internal regulations, membership conditions, tasks and competencies, and the commission’s efforts to support intellectual and national security and confront extremist ideas outside the true religion, and in support of Arab and Islamic causes. The minutes, decisions and official statements of the authority during the study period, and the holding of personal meetings with the sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and the Imam The General Assembly of the Council of Senior Scholars, including the meetings that were held with Counselor Muhammad Abd al-Salam, the former legislative and legal advisor to the Commission, the Grand Imam, Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, head of the Commission, and a number of scholars, members of the esteemed Commission, Prof. Dr. Abbas Shoman, Secretary-General of the Commission at the time, and Prof. Dr. Salah Al-Adly, the former Secretary of the Commission, in addition to relying on the Constitution of the Arab Republic of Egypt in 2012 and its amended version in 2014, and a number of newspapers, magazines and websites locally and regionally.
