المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس دور الوعي البيئي المتمثل ب (الوعي بممارسة الاستدامة، والوعي السلوكي والموقفي، والوعي العاطفي) في التنمية المستدامة المتمثلة ب (الأنصاف (العدالة)، والتمكين، وحسن الإدارة والمساءلة، والتضامن). ولأجل تحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمد البحث على أسلوب الاستبانة في جمع البيانات حيث أعدت الاستبانة بالاعتماد على عدد من الدراسات السابقة وخضعت لتحكيم عدد من الأساتذة المختصين واحتوت على ٢٧ سؤال تتعلق بمتغيري البحث ووزعت على عينة من العاملين في مديرية بلديات كربلاء المقدسة وتم الحصول على ١٣٢ استبانة صالحة للتحليل أدخلت البيانات في البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS vr. 23) واستخدمت مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية كالوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الاختلاف، ومعامل الارتباط، ومعامل الانحدار، ومعادلة النمذجة الهيكلية، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ من أجل قياس مستوى توافر الوعي البيئي والتنمية المستدامة في العينة المبحوثة، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية للوعي البيئي وأبعاده على التنمية المستدامة وأبعادها، الأمر الذي يعني أن العينة المبحوثة لها القدرة على تعزيز الوعي البيئي من أجل دعم التنمية المستدامة. وأن العينة تستخدم وتشجع على استخدام الأدوات المناسبة للتخلص من النفايات والمخلفات المضرة بالبيئة، وأن الإدارة في المديرية المبحوثة تتخذ القرارات المناسبة تجاه الاهتمام بالتنمية المستدامة، وتقوم بوضع الخطط، وتحديد الأهداف الضرورية بمشاركة العاملين وتحافظ على كافة الموارد المتاحة لديها من أجل استعمالها بشكل أمثل في تحقيق التضامن مع أهدافها الاستراتيجية من أجل التطوير والتنمية. وخرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها يتعين على العينة المبحوثة أن تحرص على توفير قاعدة بيانات خاصة بوضع حلول للمشاكل البيئية الخاصة بها، والاهتمام بتمكين العاملين من خلال تدريبهم على تقنيات مختلفة من أجل تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة ومنح مقدار مناسب من المكافآت والتعويضات للعاملين كنتيجة تطبيق مبدأ حسن الإدارة والمساءلة مما يساهم في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة.

The current research aims to measure the role of environmental awareness (awareness of the exercise of sustainability, behavioral awareness, attitude and emotional awareness) in the sustainable development of fairness, empowerment, good governance and accountability. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the research relied on the method of identification in the collection of data.The questionnaire was prepared based on a number of previous studies and was subjected to arbitration of a number of specialized professors. It included 27 questions related to the research variables and distributed to the same sample of the employees of the municipality of Karbala. SPSS vr. 23 A statistical set of tools such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, correlation coefficient, regression coefficient, structural modeling equation, and alpha-cronbach coefficient were used to measure the tawaf level The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of a significant effect on environmental awareness and its dimensions on sustainable development and its dimensions, which means that the sample in question has the ability to promote environmental awareness in order to support sustainable development. That the environment is used and encourages the use of appropriate tools for the disposal of waste and environmentally harmful waste, and that the Directorate of the Directorate in question is taking the appropriate decisions regarding the concern for sustainable development, and the development of plans, and identify the necessary objectives with the participation of workers and maintain all Their available resources in order to be used optimally in solidarity with its strategic objectives for development and development. The study was carried out with a number of recommendations, among which the sample should provide a database for developing solutions to their environmental problems. The aim is to empower the employees through training them in various techniques to achieve the goals of sustainable development and to grant a suitable amount of compensation and compensation to employees as a result of applying the principle of good Management and accountability, which contributes to the promotion of sustainable development.
