المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير برنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة حائل بالإفادة من برنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة فكتوريا بأستراليا. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن؛ وذلك من خلال عقد مقارنة بين البرنامجين وتحديد أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين كل منهما؛ ومن ثم تحديد أوجه الإفادة. توصلت الدراسة إلى تعدد أوجه التشابه بين البرنامجين وخاصة ما يتعلق ببعض الأهداف حيث يتشابه البرنامجان حول تنمية مهارات وقدرات الطلاب لأداء أدوارهم كمعلمين في المؤسسات التربوية، إضافة إلى إكسابهم خبرات التعامل مع الطلاب في الجوانب التعليمية وغير التعليمية، وتزويدهم بالمعارف والنظريات التربوية لتطوير ممارساتهم التربوية. وفي بعض شروط القبول كوضع شروط محددة لتسجيل الطلاب؛ ومن أهمها الحصول على مؤهل جامعي، والسلامة الصحية والخلو من الأمراض ودفع الرسوم الدراسية. واتفاقهما حول مدة الدراسة والتي تبلغ عاما دراسيا، بينما يختلفان من حيث النشأة حيث أن برنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة فكتوريا كان الأقدم حيث تأسس بالعام ١٩٩٢ في حين أن البرنامج التربوي بجامعة حائل تأسس بالعام ٢٠١٣، كما يختلفان في بعض الأهداف حيث يغلب الطابع الإسلامي على أهداف البرنامج التربوي بجامعة حائل في حين لا نلحظ أي أثر للدين في برنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة فكتوريا، كما يختلفان حول إدارة البرنامج فبينما تدير كلية التربية والآداب بجامعة فكتوريا الدبلوم التربوي نلحظ في برنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة حائل أن عمادة الدراسات العليا هي من تديره، كما يختلفان من حيث إجراءات ضمان الجودة حيث أنه لا توجد إجراءات لضمان الجودة ببرنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة حائل في حين تتوافر العديد من إجراءات ضمان الجودة ببرنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة فكتوريا. إضافة إلى الاختلاف في إجراءات التقويم حيث يعتمد برنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة حائل على تقييم الطلاب فقط بينما يتوسع برنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة فكتوريا ليشمل تقييم البرنامج والإدارة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب. وقد تم تحديد إجراءات الإفادة من برنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة فكتوريا لتطوير برنامج الدبلوم التربوي بجامعة حائل وذلك بالاعتماد على عناصر الأهداف -شروط وإجراءات القبول -المقررات والخطة الدراسية -ضمان الجودة -المخرجات -التقويم.

The study aimed to develop the educational diploma program at the University of Hail by benefiting from the educational diploma program at the University of Victoria in Australia. The study used the comparative method; This is done by making a comparison between the two programs and identifying the similarities and differences between each of them; And then determine the aspects of the benefit. The study found a multiplicity of similarities between both programs, especially with regard to some objectives, where the two programs are similar in terms of developing the skills and abilities of students to perform their roles as teachers in educational institutions, in addition to providing them with experiences of dealing with students in the educational and non-educational aspects, and providing them with educational knowledge and theories to develop their educational practices. In some admission requirements, such as setting specific conditions for student registration, the most important of which is obtaining a university qualification, health safety, freedom from diseases, and payment of tuition fees. And their agreement on the duration of the study, which amounts to an academic year, while they differ in terms of origin, as the educational diploma program at the University of Victoria was the oldest, as it was established in 1992, while the educational program at the University of Hail was established in the year 2013. While we do not notice any effect of religion in the educational diploma program at the University of Victoria, they also differ about the management of the program. Quality as there are no quality assurance procedures in the educational diploma program at the University of Hail, while there are many quality assurance procedures in the educational diploma program at the University of Victoria. In addition to the difference in evaluation procedures, where the educational diploma program at the University of Hail depends on the evaluation of students only, while the educational diploma program at the University of Victoria expands to include program evaluation, administration, faculty members and students. The procedures for benefiting from the educational diploma program at the University of Victoria have been determined to develop the educational diploma program at the University of Hail, based on the elements of objectives- conditions and procedures for admission- courses- quality assurance- outputs- evaluation.
